I ordered a linen two piece from this website. When it arrived it turned out to be polyester and terribly made, with a faulty seam. I have emailed multiple times asking to return (with no response) and have messaged on Instagram (on which I'm told I can expect a response in 24 hours every time). I have not heard a word and am now £45 down with a completely unwearable outfit. This is UNACCEPTABLE. NEVER ORDER FROM THEM.

This brand is a scam. They send fake products which are 100% polyester and then refuse refunds. Avoid at all costs

This site is fake, a classic scam. They sold their products as 'linen' and cheap awful polyester pieces arrived. They are now refusing a refund even though I am well within my consumer rights.

This is 100% a scam website and should be avoided by all.

Great dress! Perfect for the event I’m going too. Delivery come in good time, and tracking was easy to use.

The dress I ordered arrived in good time and was absolutely beautiful when I put it on. The only problem was it was a little large. When I emailed to return and refund Amy was extremely helpful. I bought the size smaller and will be purchasing again. Very happy. Thanks

Lies about the material. Not linen but cheap quality polyester. They don’t send the address for return and refund. Big scam

Terrible customer service. Ordered the item on the 22nd May, still waiting for them to arrive on 9th June! Contacted via email no response, messaged on Instagram, prompt response but when I repeatedly asked for a refund I was given varying shipping policy dates. Website currently states 7-10 business days, the 10th business day would have been the 5th June. They are still saying I have to receive the order and then request a refund! Ridiculous process. PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY!

Average quality, but great customer service!

Absolutely horrendous quality. The fabric is such poor quality it smells like a plastic paddling pool. The customer service was so slow and I had to keep chasing for a response. They are scamming people for reviews. When I asked for a refund, this was their response :

Dear Rosa,

Your return request has been approved, we have 2 different suggestions for you on return on behalf of our store

1. Your return will be approved and 75% of your fee will be credited to your bank account within 1-3 business days, after the money is credited to your bank, you will post a positive review on trustpilot and you will keep the products.

2. Your return is approved and your products are shipped to the place where we will give you the address, your return is approved and money is deposited into your bank account after we receive the products within 7-10 business days on average.

The seller refunded my money in full and let me keep the product. I wanted to return as I bought a linen set, that was actually polyester. I have to admit, the customer service was good. I was worried I had been scammed. Luckily the seller was good.

Delivery times as expected. Quick email reply regarding my return (too small). Very satisfied with the service.

The clothes weren’t quite for me but I received a full refund within 7 days of request.

I was initially nervous about ordering since there were no reviews on the site, but I decided to take a chance. The delivery took a bit longer than expected, and the items were slightly different from what I anticipated. The designs, however, are incredibly funky and unique, which I absolutely love. The sizing does come up quite small, so I would size up if you order. I'm glad to say I did receive what I ordered.

Great products to choose from, colours are really amazing. Lightweight material really good for summer.

Avoid at all costs. Like others are saying, I ordered a set which was advertised as 100% linen and what arrived (after a month) was 67% polyester. Repeated attempts to return/ refund have been ignored. Only order if you like losing money

I ordered the beach celestial set. I absolutely love it! Great quality and the trousers fit like a dream. I cannot wait to wear it on holiday! I am a size 14 and I ordered the large size. Perfect! The only draw back was the lack of communication of when it was going to be delivered. It took two weeks and after reading the reviews I was convinced it was a scam. So happy that it was not.
