I used to Love this platform, I won 50.00 dollars recently and thought I would get my redemption since I have won once before and was given that redemption with absolute no waiting or worrys , well I was denied this redemption becuz they needed a copy of my divorce certificate from over twenty years ago and never received a divorce certificate for some reason. However I provided my valid driver license in BOTH my married last name as well as my maiden name plus birth certificate and other valid paperwork, but was denied this redemption even after winning one time before. I play alot on platforms like luckyland and have won quit a few different times and this is the only time I was refused my redemption. Unbelievable!

This site is getting more trashy every day. Thousands of dollars in and absolutely nothing back. The mail entry has become a joke. Praying for VGW to get banned in USA.

Luckyland Slots used to be a great experience for playing games and writing in for sweepstakes, however, with the new changes of submitting a sweepstakes via photo. It is extremely hard to get the system to accept a photo. I have spent an hour submitting photos to no success.

First time playing and I get a bonus and it keeps shutting off and doesn't award me. Reported it and unlock other honest casinos this one won't respond when turned in and never added my bonus spin money! Crooks
After turning in with support with all the info asked for their support team emailed me asking for more info! How can I give more info than already provided ? Just bs in my book. I had an account for 2 years fully verified. My son also had an account and he had just recently moved in with me. Now suddenly my account was blocked for duplicate accounts. We both had separate fully verified accounts with IDs and selfies. They said their manager had determined duplicate accounts after looking into my account. This makes absolutely no sense. I tried contacting them back and received no reply. Stay far away from this scam.

I have experienced disconnection from internet in the middle of winning only to come back to more loses. Some games like the King of the Jungle freezes up once you get a bonus in the high bet bonus. No matter what, you freeze. Big bets do not mean more money, it often times takes at least $4-500 to get any win. Screens turn dark, then light back up. The fact that Luckyland will not pay over the weekend, but Chumba does is strange since they are owned by the same company. Plesse please read peeps!!!!!!!!! The games clearly have patterns and are far, far from random! I started a new game (supposedly a low 2 out of 5 volatility) and it consisted of 3 open slots and each spin you could win whatever number 0-10 + wilds happens to land in that box. So that's well over a 1000 different random combinations of numbers you could get, and again, that's not inluding any wilds or any of the random numbers above 10 that they have. So I lost $1200 straight besides 3 times winning same amount of $11. Every spin was the same, either having a zero in the middle with nothing on each side, or zeros on the end with nothing in the middle. They said there isnt anything wrong with the game and everything is fine. So then how is that even statitstically possible?! If that's what they call their low volatility game, then I'd hate to see what their high volatility games must be like! Don't waste your time there are plenty of other sites!

Luckyland is a sham. They give you enough winnings to real you in. 1st week playing I won $600. Been losing cash ever since. The advertisement are false where it tells you that you could win big. The slots glitch when you are close to hitting a larger amount than $20. You spend more than they payout. The daily rewards never increase more than a dollar. Complete sham. Don't waste your time.

I love the games and I actually do really well. I hit a large amount once and when I went to get verified it was such a hassle. Once I played it off I was then verified. I am now redeeming for my very first time and will update you if I receive it as well as change my rating to 5 star because I really like the platform.
