They will make you go through so many hoops and sending of information, verifying cards when i really think they are stealing our information all to have to wait weeks if not longer to cashout if you ever cashout. Every rep says something different like they arent looking at the same screen of information. Complete scammers obtaining photos of your cards and asking for you crypto address through email with no confirmation email. just sending it to whoever.

HELP!!! I signed on and accepted a free spin and ended up having to deposit. I am having hard time verifying because they say I didnt Deposit last night or ever and that i have multiple bonus plays so my $2207.35 will not be able to be redeemed. Why do they extend the playthrough balance with $ then after you meet it it goes to 0 if we arent eligible supposedly ? Why do they let us have SC instead of GC if we arent eligible? I am disputing all because I know I put money on but for some reason it isnt showing yet . I played alllll night long and so sick because this gonna lead me into a dark place I am wanting to know who all has information on this establishment so that I can add it to my long list of daily complaints to make. I have plenty of time to do this now that I am stuck indoors for next 6 months. If I stay on top of this will they pay. I am waiting on my approval . I feel like they want to much private information and am curious if this is just a wealthy front? Do they take the playthrough and the winnings with our Drivers License and go redeem theirselves? Do they scam us by doing fraudulent activities with our license ? I am just sick i really thought they would be my mirackle out of my dangerous and scary situation. Losing my mother , my husband and now trying to take care of daughter, and her kids while unable to work.... Cant help but cry to know I possibly have been scammed and now my grandkids, daughter and myself will lose our home unless I find another miracle that isnt really a nightmare.

This casino platform is by far the worst I've experienced. I deposited a total of $120 give or take, when I purchased a special bonus deal. I ended up winning $1400 and some change so I figured I'd cash out. When I cashed out, they took their funds rightfully so since it was the bonus deal. That left me roughly $1150. I kept $150 to play on and started the withdrawal process for the leftover $1000.

WHAT A NIGHTMARE. They needed so much information. But none the less, I submitted it to get my winnings. The first few submissions were all denied. They asked for my bank statement to verify activity. I sent them the first page of my statement which includes my account number, my address and all of my deposits, debits, withdraws etc. They wouldn't accept the document because they needed to see the full statement for activity for the month. This is a HUGE violation of privacy. They don't need to see line for line transaction when it states on the first page the totals of deposits, withdraws, & debits. I felt so violated. I then blanked out anything that I felt was personal and private. They wouldn't accept that submission either because I tampered with the statement. Finally, I go ahead and send everything they asked for the final time. It went through the review process and a few days later I was informed they cannot use my bank account, and they can no longer work with JPMorgan Chase Bank. I was told I had to use another account with a month's worth of activity, a positive balance, and so on.

Since I don't have multiple bank accounts, I asked them which banks they approve. They told me they don't have a list of banks. So, what, I'm supposed to go on a wild goose chase opening accounts, transferring money to show activity for a month to generate a statement, just to see if it'll be approved. BS.

They refused to payout the funds in bitcoin because I didn't pay in bitcoin. They removed my option for a paper check, so my only option is the ACH bank transfer.

After all of that I then did some homework. What a joke run casino. There are about 15-20 of the casinos under the same company. All of the games are essentially the exact same.

At one point, I was on Slot Madness chatting with customer services and in another page I had logged into Lucky Legendd to chat with customer service. I was shocked to see the SAME CUSTOMER SERVICE REP FOR BOTH OF MY CONVERSATIONS AT THE SAME TIME! Slot Madness used my Chase information just fine and didn't get denied, but Lucky Legends couldn't- They couldn't provide an answer why but just said "Our finance deptment makes those decisions" What a crock.
You can't speak to anybody in finance. They just keep sending the same copy and pasted script of excuses.

This is complete BS! Do not waste your time or money. I received an email with free spins. I was at $55 and hit a $75 win. After 2 $.5 spins my balance went to $50. I consulted an agent who informed me I went through "balance conversion". This is supposed to be where "bonus funds" convert to real money. Ok great so now I can withdraw right? Nope! Since I didn't deposit between my sign up bonus and the emailed coupon I was ineligible. I asked several questions and something that stuck out was when the agent said some people play for fun. So why the "balance conversion"? What was converted to what? If it was for fun then why did you take the $75. Basically no matter what you do you won't be paid out. Caveat emptor! SCAM!!!

I have played with Lucky Legends for maybe a year now. Love it as it gives u coupons that double triple sometimes your deposit amount. Watched the rules as the “no rules” and lower playthrough were the better ones. Had to open bitcoin to get paid because that was a huge hassle. Then small winnings were great. I eventually win $14,000. I had to take it in increments of $2500 per week. Max $5000 per month. U cannot play with any coupons with pending withdrawals. So they have held my last $2500 in pending status since April and blocked me from all the coupons. I used to get VIP service with excellent coupons. Now I am demoted and treated terribly. So as soon as I get my last $2500. I’m out.

"IF" you get enough money to cash out, it will take upto 10days to approve, then upto another 10 business days to push the send button... then you waut on your bank for processing.

Real person real review. First before making a deposit or playing ask support to let you verify your account. Make sure your account says verified and support tells you that you are verified. Take a screenshot of that conversation. Next I've cashed out $1047.00 and $990.00. First cashout I was able to do coindraw took exactly 7 days to my wallet. Next withdrawal they took that method away and I did Bitcoin method. Coindraw is a foster process of the Bitcoin method. First told me 7 days to approve the withdrawal. Then 7 days to verify the withdrawal. Then 10 days to pay out the withdrawal. But that 10th day it was paid. What a piece of absolute trash this app is. Same bs every other lucky acorn clone shoves down your throat. Every blackjack hand you are dealt is between 13 and 16 while the dealer shows a 10 every single hand. Mix it up, go ahead, they aren't afraid to blatantly cheat you out of your money. Random numbers and whatnot almost certainly guarantee that whether I play one hand or three hands every one of them is going to be 16 VS a face card. Worst casino I have ever played in.
