Don’t play lucky legends casino. I’ve been waiting over two months for three cashouts for a total of only $42.00. I haven’t invested in this game yet for this very reason. I am told the payouts are now sent back for a second review without being denied the first time, just not paid. The owners of this app just want your money and your personal info ( DL with address including bar code on back) I would assume for the purpose of identity theft.

The games and graphics are great. However, don't think they will pay out any money. I've been jumping through hoops and red tape trying desperately to get my $250 withdrawal. Don't change your address and expect to get paid. Your proof of address like DL has to match the address you signed up in the casino with. And if you don't have utility bills in your name, you better have a rental agreement. Even if you go into chat and the person helping you tells you that you can use an alternative method of address don't listen because that's a lie. Because when you go back into check on the status of the update they will tell you that the finance company will only allow a utility bill or rental agreement strictly. after checking on a withdrawal for about a month the chat agent informed me it would be denied because I used cashback in between the two free chips?!?!?!? even though the free chips stated they could have a cash back amount given. i still have not been officially notified and this reasoning seems to just be another excuse not to payout the $500 won. Now that I have won 2846.14, it has been under review for days and still not paid out and I have contacted their customer service and their support email with screen shots and asking questions with no response. I won 600.00 on Flaming Chili’s on July the 3 rd and still waiting on review. I have sent several messages all I get is response from AI. No one has answered me . I even ask them to cancel my redemption still no response. I would not spend a dime with them because when you when they will not pay. That’s how is been for me. Not one person has responded to me and I message them everyday.
