Ordered a black dragon onesie for my son, as he wanted to be Toothless for Halloween. It came in & it’s perfect! Fits him great & he loves it !!

I ordered 2 Pokémon onesies from lucky onesie and they delivered to the US in less than a week! Not only was the delivery quick but the quality is just as pictured. Honestly what makes this business outstanding is hands down their customer service. They were able to help me exchange one of my orders without hassle, and were very accommodating. I will absolutely be ordering from them again and will be referring family/friends!

I ended up being sent the wrong item. After sending a message to customer service they quickly responded within a day and sent me the correct one at no charge. A+ customer service

I was hesitant to purchase due to expensive shipping costs howerever I am very pleased with my purchase. I purchased two onesies for a Halloween event. The shipping was even faster than I expected. I did receive one incorrect item. Customer service responded to my email in a very timely fashion and remedies the issue very quickly. I had the correct item in hand less than a week later. Overall I would purchase again.

The incorrect onesie was sent and they immediately sent the correct one at no charge. Great customer service! We all love our purchases!

They delivered really quick and are awesome quality. There customer service is quick to reply when I had questions regarding my orders and shipping information. I’ve gotten over 6 now and will probably be back for more…

The selection of Onesies was surprising. My friend was looking for a specific pokemon one before a comicon and he really enjoys it. In his words "It’s really soft with really good fabric" but I also recall him saying he still felt the tail long after taking the Onesie off -haha. Overall it seems the product is great, but I do remember shipping taking quite a bit longer than expected. (it was around the Chinese new year though so I do understand some.) Although when the item arrived long after the estimated shipping that's a bit upsetting. Order was Placed Monday Jan.20th, and it wasn't shipped till Feb.4th- even though according to the L.O. response the CNY was from 25th-4th I feel like our order was unnecessarily delayed.

If I could rate them separately I would give the Item itself 5 star, but shipping a 1 star.

Their product is good but don't pay for express shipping. I paid for express shipping to get their product before an event I was going to but it didn't arrive until 3 days after it was supposed to. I didn't have it for the event and they didn't even repay me the full amount or even half of the amount that shipping costs. They went back and forth with me about it until I got tired of their bs and agree with their small amount they offered me. So unless you are okay with getting it later than you paid for and not getting your money back for it I suggest not paying express shipping and just go with their cheaper option with shipping.

Love the Christmas onesies- they look even better in person and they fit great. We put them through the washing machine and they still look perfect- I’m impressed with the quality at such a good price. Will definitely buy from here again.

The tracking info was sent shortly after my order, however the package didn’t move for weeks. I reached out several times, but the order didn’t arrive for my event. I asked for a refund and was told that shipping costs to china would be extremely high, and they offered me a $10 credit instead! So disappointing, I had to buy a 2nd costume locally and now I have 2

I ordered from this company for the first time recently, we were on a time crunch to buy a pair of onesies for an event and decided to give it a chance and hope for the best. Not only was the whole process of ordering smooth, to our surprise, our orders arrived earlier than expected even with the Chinese New Year holiday taking place. In addition, the quality of the product surpassed my expectations. The whole experience has been absolutely amazing and I will definitely be purchasing from this company again soon.

Good material, I am 5'11 and thicker than some🤣the 2X fits me with room to spare, and it has pockets ♥️this is my 4th attempt on making a review as it keeps restarting but me and my family will be ordering again..I have Jiggly puff and Squirtle for now.

DONT TRUST THESE PEOPLE A FRIEND ORDERED FROM THEM AND NEVER RECEIVED THERE ITEM AND THEY WONT REFUND !!!!

I was skeptical about the outfit, but once I got the Grinch costume I was very pleased with how it fit and the vibrant colors. A little hard to see out, but manageable. Very happy with the purchase and communication with the company during the ordering process

Don’t order from these people they are scam toke my money and send me a fake tracking number then they sent fedex a shipping label without the package And there’s no way to contact them so now I’m lost out of $120. not order from this place.

They respond fairly quickly with any issues and follow through until you receive your order!

The onsies were EXACTLY as pictured, had no weird packaging smell, and are comfortable like a soft blanket. My son is obsessed! They also came super fast like within 5 days fast! I highly reccomend buying from them it's worth it!

So I ordered a Lucky Onesie for my daughter for Halloween, and while the wrong item was initially sent, I have to say I was pleasantly surprised at how Amazing with a capital A the support was. They addressed my emails directly and in a timely manner. I am the biggest skeptic. -- told my wife we probably lost our money, but the opposite was true. They replaced the item; they communicated every step of the way, and it was personal. 5 stars for customer support for a mistake that - hey things happen -- but you fixed it way beyond what i expected.

SCAM - paid for expedited shipping and did not come in time. Unable to get refund.
