Lucy programme is amazing
I had 3 children in 3 years and gained sooo much weight. I gone down 2 dress size in a very short period of time( less than a month) i have had some real health problems that doctors could not sort out, this girl knows what she is doing. Cause I'm now on the mend. This programme changes you're life and for the better. Its not just about getting in shape. Lucy is a grate support though out and she really has your back while on her programme. Could not recommend her enough. Also she understands if you have a busy life and works shift work like i do and look after 3 children under 4. She is will work with you to get round that. This programme works and is life changing. Its awesome, if you feel like something need to change come and see Lucy cause will get you there.

After the birth of my second daughter I really struggled to drop the weight I had gained and also find the motivation to do it. I decided to take the plunge and join Lucy’s programme. What an amazing experience being coached by Lucy, I lost the weight I needed to while being educated around diet, training and taking the right supplements my body needed. The best thing is I’m eating more food now than I’ve ever eaten and not constantly skipping meals. Thank you for all your help Lucy.

Lucy is such a good coach , I did a body transformation photoshoot with her last year , I looked in the best shape I’ve ever been in , it was super easy to follow, maintain and results popped. I still to this day ask Lucy questions about nutrition ; she’s so approachable with lots of knowledge she is willing to share . I can’t wait to get back in shape with her x

I have worked with Lucy for a few years now and I couldn’t recommend her highly enough.

Lucy took me through a photoshoot prep and made me see my body and physique in a way I never thought possible.

She offered the right guidance tailored to my capabilities and pushed me when I needed it.

She then took me through a bodybuilding competition prep and together we managed to get me winning my class (nationals) with what I can only describe as a phenomenal experience. I never seen my body look like that ever.

She was there with me every step of the way through the doubts and frustrations I faced whilst pushing my body to the absolute limit.

She is not just my coach, she is a mentor and friend and someone I will always look up to because she has taught me so much and continuous to inspire me everyday.

Lucy is a great body coach, my confidence was a 2 which was very low when i started the programme. A year on its a 10. Ive lost a stone and half and toned up. A year ago i wouldnt go out and feel comfortable in what i would wear due to comments of being are you pregnant or when are you due. Lucy has helped me transformed massively. During covid, I needed a new focus to my lifestyle. I travelled internationally, long working hours, and although my training was on point my diet was all over the place. I had no routine. Lucy's Services come highly recommended. She focuses on your goals, nutritional advise, how hormones effect your body, how to listen to your body, facts on sugar(i found that artificial sugar slow down the fat process. I was over training and not feeding my body with the right nutrition. Now, after dropping body fat but building muscle I have the right tools to continue my journey on my own. I never thought in a million years, I would then go on to do a photo shoot with my partner to show off my hard work. My partner, also had a tailor made plan from Lucy and we looked incredible, felt fantastic on the day. Don't waste your time with one off plans from other "PTs" as one plan doesn't fit all. Lucy, is exceptionally hard working and motivates you to work to your goals, results dont come over night, lucy kept me on track and I felt fully supported with he own app, to log food, workouts, and educational webinars. I am extremely happy with my progress. Thank you Lucy, for changing this capture of my life for the better.

Lucy is incredibly supportive, professional and has knowledge in spades. I recently lost almost 3st following the carefully curated plan lucy tailored for me, Lucy was on hand to provide advice and to alter the plan to keep the weightloss regular and sustainable. Lucy provided information with regards to not only weightloss but also in supplements I could take to help with fertility as I was trying for a baby at the time and was unsuccessful for a while. I'm now happily married and a mum of one beautiful little girl. I cannot thank Lucy enough for all her help and I would recommend in a heartbeat.

Lucy’s program has absolutely changed my life! The amount of support given by everyone involved is amazing and really helps stay on track.
Everything from meal plan to workouts are tailored to you which is amazing, especially when adaptions can be made for events etc too.
Joining the program was the best decision I ever made, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone who’s debating wanting to become a better version of themselves!

I couldn’t wish for a better coaching team. Lucy and Carol provide excellent training and nutritional advice, with a focus on overall health and NOT quick fixes and fad diets like some Coaches/PT’s. The experience and knowledge they have passed on to me has been paramount to my personal success.

I am a busy mum of 2, one with life limiting disabilities snd a double business owner, I lost my way with training after relocating and house when lockdown hit, I tried training at home and struggled so I reached out to Lucy. I was struggling with motivation and accountability. I have a very hectic life and struggle with getting my daily calorie intake (I don’t eat enough but carried weight as a result) she was amazing! Regularly adapting my diet depending on my situation, my workouts were awesome and her guidance and knowledge was second to none. As a PT myself, it’s hard to be PT’d but she knew exactly what tone to take, how to motivate me, kick my ass when needed and be understanding to my personal situation, because of Lucy I found my love of training, found a love of good, healthy, nutritious food, built a better knowledge of supplements and now fit into my ‘slim’ clothes again! I reached out to Lucy as my friend had been using her and she had such positive things to say about her. I wasn’t disappointed, Lucy had a chat with me initially to find out if she could help me and then once I’d signed up for the 12 week programme she got to work on my plans which were bespoke to my own goals.
