Second time shopping with Lucy and this time was disappointing. I purchased two items with a 30% off coupon. Five hours later I get a text saying buy one get one free. That coupon code obviously would saved me more money, but when emailing to ask for a price adjustment (like most stores do), they refused and they said they couldn’t cancel either (even though i never asked to cancel the order). Very poor and rude customer service and will not be shopping there again.

I was worried about ordering from an online boutique because you never know what you’re actually getting without seeing it in person. I was very pleased with my cardigans. The colors did not disappoint and they are really soft and high quality. I will be ordering from here again.

I love this boutique. I will forever continue to buy from you. All of your clothing and shoes are so dang pretty. As for your customer service, you always go above and beyond to ensure that I am happy with my products. If something doesn't quite fit, you offer free shipping, and not many places do that. A lot of boutiques will only give you store credit if you aren't happy with a product you ordered. Please continue being a wonderful boutique. I have worked throughout this entire pandemic and it always helps to have something nice to wear to work.

I ordered from Lucy Ave a couple days ago and had a question about the shoes I recently ordered. They were very prompt in getting back to me and professional. I’m not sure why other reviewers on here are shocked they have to pay for return shipping, I expect to pay for shipping if I’m ordering online. Anyway, I was really pleased with my purchase and it arrived quickly as well in the cutest packaging !

I purchased a pair of sneakers from Lucy Ave. They completely wore through the sole after a few wears. When I contacted customer service they literally said "we don't guarantee quality because our prices are low". I paid almost $40 for the shoes which I wouldn't say is expensive, but it's not cheap enough for the shoes to fall apart after a few uses. I decided to give the boutique a second chance and received a sweater that I paid $50 for--again not cheap--with RED PEN MARKS all over the front. I'm so disappointed and will be reaching out to my credit card company and the BBB to rectify.

I have messaged them 5 times now about a pair of shoes I returned by express mail! Yes, I paid to send them back!!! I sent them in the exact same shipping box that the shoes were sent to me, and the shoes are in the original shoe box with all the original wrapping. Only tried on one shoe, it was too big. Wrapped it back up exactly the way it was. I have messaged them about my return with NO RESPONSE. I find it funny how they do not have a contact number either. They had better issue me my credit for the shoes at I paid 49.99 for, or I am turning them over to the Better Business Bureau!
