I ordered 2 suitcases. They came quickly and seem strong. They were as were as described apart from one being the wrong colour. This was resolved quickly though it was annoying to have to drive to an Evri hub to return it. Then I had trouble registering the guarantees as the dates of purchase/ colour didn't match up. However Manasi at customer service was brilliant (5 stars for him!) and sorted it all out really quickly

I've bought a brand new 48" suitcase from Morrisons and on the day of my flight I changed the three digit 000 code. With the new code selected, I closed the case. After many attempts with the new code the case would not open. Luggs online guide was useless as it did not feature the type of lock on my Venus model.
I went on to their online support chat line that did not respond or send an email as stated.
With the flight leaving soon, I had to physically break the lock to get back into my suitcase.
I now have travel with an unsecured suitcase!!!

Long complicated story following order of Voyager chairs via Amazon. Wrong colour sent but then decided not to replace but to return for refund, Couldn't get answer from phone for complete day but now know that whole system was out on that day. Bottom line today is that have had wonderful help from Pranav who has made its return v simple. V polite, courteous, practical and straightforward. Would't hesitate to purchase from this company again...! Initial reservations (because I couldn't get hold of them) completely overturned. Thank you very much, Pranav!

The customer service was excellent when I got in touch with a question. Manasi was quick to reply and offered to solve my problem. The situation was very well dealt with and resolved. The luggage is good value for the price. I am happy with this company

My experience was made better by Prevan who helped a lot because I couldn't register y QR code.He was very helpful with the process.

Having bought my daughter the large Lugg suitcase from Morrisons, we were having an issue with validating the warranty for the case. I contacted customer services and wish to say it has been a pleasure. Having corresponding with firstly Manasi, and then Pranav, who has now kindly resolved this issue and re instated the warranty. The service, response time along with the courteous replies I received, has been excellent . A pleasure to deal with. Thank you

Had a pop up for 30% off but only 10% was coming off. Emailed and was told I had to spend £120 so topped up my order but still only 10% off. Called and was told its "upto 10%" and they wouldnt honour it. Screen shot showing 30% off sent as well as the email from them.
Haven't bothered ordering.

Luggage was out of stock, but received refund in seven days.

I had a problem with my order of two cases which I ordered have to say that Carl in customer services went above and beyond to sort it out and solve the issue. Highly recommend as the customer service is excellent, thank you Gary

I ordered a suitcase, a duffle bag and a luggage scale from Lugg online . Unfortunately, Evri (delivery company) they lost one of my parcels and caused a delay. I needed these items for my trip and the lack of communication from Evri was frustrating. I contacted Lugg Customer Service and the advisor, Manasi, was incredibly helpful. She quickly arranged a replacement order and reassured me that it would be delivered. She also checked in daily to keep me updated on the tracking. Thanks to her assistance, I received both replacement items promptly. I don’t know what I would have done without her. I’m very satisfied with the outcome.
