The only reason I would deduct a star is because buying a Luke Zyon chain is never a one time thing. You WILL purchase something again in the future (I now have 5). So a star deduction could reasonably be made due to the shiny metals taking your hard earned dollars from you. They are quality through and through. Just remember...you have been warned.

Great customer service. They sent me a defective chain at first and when I contacted the company they immediately sent me a return shipping label for an exchange. I then requested pictures of the replacement chain before they sent it and the company immediately sent me photos of the replacement chain once they received the defective chain back. Good customer service. And the defective chain was good quality, no issues with the material or clasp. It was only a machining error on the diamond cut. But I could tell the chain was good quality and seemed sturdy.
