Fantastic experience. It was buy one and get one free for Luna hair extensions - halo. I wasn't sure which colour so contacted them and they replied immediately and were very helpful. The extensions arrived and were a perfect match and excellent quality. I will definitely be ordering again.

I wore mine to work and got so many compliments! I was so happy with it. Looks stylish.

I'm very impressed with the customer service at Lula! I ordered the messy bun from Lula and received it within 2 weeks. The color was slightly off so I emailed them and heard back within 30 minutes on what color I can exchange for. They offered a complimentary exchange and I had a confirmation on my new shipment within an hour of first emailing them. The product I received was good quality and easy to use just ordered the wrong shade. 10/10 would recommend!

This product is absolutely wonderful! It works so well and is very easy to use. You get exactly what you ordered and my colour match was perfect. Lula helped me pick my colour with photos I sent them and it was on spot! I am definitely a very happy customer and I would highly recommend them.

An excellent product! My hair is a funny transition blonde to silver grey (+ menopause drying) so matching is difficult, but customer service is fantastic, and there are many color options.

The Website excellently explained the product, which ended up being what I wanted to purchase because of that.
The customer service was amazing, they got back to me with accurate information and assistance. I appreciated that they treated me as a valued customer and not just a quick money making opportunity.

The company says “easy returns” on the website but does not do returns. Only exchanges that you have to pay for shipping despite their “color match guarantee.” Also have pictures of their website color, my hair color and what actually came in- it was like 4 shades darker. Hair was also super cheap and unable to brush due to tangling. This company is practically a scam with the inability to leave reviews on their site beside people who give 5 stars.

A run down of my Lula extensions.

1. Thickness and color match
- I do find these to be thick, I have thinner hair which is the main reason I bought these, my hair blends well and they do look thick and natural. My hair color is black, so an easy match for me. I do not find these to be a "filler" or too thin that they don't appear as a full head of hair. They really do look amazing! The curly set is a nice bouncy light curl, of which i can match my hair too easily.

2. Staying put
- it took me about 3 times to get these on my head to a point where i could not see the clear band at the top. I use a pick comb and separate my hair, place the extension in, and then brush my natural hair through and around the band. Pick out any small chunks to "hide" the band and you would never know its on my head.

3. Quality and Feel
- They feel, really soft and nice. They do not look like a cheap synthetic hair extension and blend with my hair nicely. I do however, have smooth, shiny hair. If your hair is lacking hydration or is damaged, then yes your hair will differ from the extension, as it would a human hair extension. I feel like they are a nice quality. I may add an extension clip to the hair weft to keep them more secured while out and about doing more than sitting in my office at work, however I have not had any issues with them moving around without a secondary clip attached.

4. Customer Service and Communication
- My order was purchased on April 9th, shipping notification was sent on the 10th. Their website states 6-15 days for arrival dependent on where you are located. April 15th there had been 0 movement on my parcel via the tracking provided. I contacted customer service about my order, and they ensured me it was shipped and the carrier had it. Low and behold, later that day the shipping updated to "received parcel from shipper" This put my order 5 days LATE shipping out. I truly believe that Lula did not ship out my parcel until April 15th. Due to the shipping delay from Lula, my order did not arrive in time for the event I bought these for. I contacted customer service about my concerns a second time, and had no response from Lula. I am unimpressed with how they handle customer relations, and because of this, I would never purchase from them again. Since products similar can be purchased on Amazon, with next day delivery, and a return policy that is unparalleled, I would purchase my next halo from Amazon, rather than dealing with international shipping, poor customer service, and missteps in Lula's shipping.

5. Conclusion
- These extensions are very nice, given they did not ship from over seas, and they had better customer service and a better shipping process, I would purchase them again. However the lack of help from Lula in issues pertaining to my order AFTER they had my money in hand is unsettling and I would not trust the company again.

I’m quite disappointed. Wish I read their reviews instead of believing their vdos. What you see on instagram is not the actual product. The real product is quite thin and only enough to cover the back. These are more like hair fillers rather than length extensions. Because if it’s a different length it will be so obvious.

I’m giving a 2 stars because the hair fibers actually feel quite nice and I might be able to wear them once my hair grows out as long as the 16” piece I got. But for now, they are unusable.

I would have put no stars if it allowed me. Do not waste your money! The wire lasted about 5 mins and broke. The band in the back is highly visible in the slightest movement, with the entire thing falling off the head because it does not tighten as suggested. I wish I could get my money back! I was so excited to get this that I threw the package away and there was no receipt with it so I have no way to return. Totally bummed, the advertising is FALSE! Do not buy! I never complain about anything but this product is a scam!

Bought my halo hair extension from them I paid £60 for curly and straight one thru arrived after 17 days !
They don't have customer service number you can't talk to them directly or phone them or live chat , I emailed them several times they reply within days , no return or refund if unhappy the extension is tangled and very very poor quality dont believe their adverts about it I swear it's not worth even £10 they don't accept PayPal I'm very upset about the money Ive spent on the hair extension

The colour matching is way off and they’re not great.

I received mine 24hrs ago and emailed requesting a return address to return and get refund as per their website which clearly states, goods must be returned in new unused intact condition within 14 days.

They’re disputing this and saying no refunds at all but will give me a 20% discount to keep unsuitable and unusable products…

This is so bad, avoid them.

Waited for almost a month for it to arrive and once it did the quality and colour are horrendous - and no refunds are offered only store credit ! Hard lesson learned. AVOID!!!

I needed help in finding the right shade for my hair and the one they recommended matched surprisingly well with my own hair and was simple and easy to use.

So the hair is beautiful but they don’t come with clips so I’m not sure how the heavy hair stays in place with a string that stretches. And it doesn’t . So I pretty much can’t use them
