This company is a scam do not buy

I've had nothing but trouble from the company. I didn't ask for a subscription but they take money every month for tea bags I don't want and have no intentions of drinking as they taste awful and have no effect. I've now 3 bags of the horrid thing. The company informed me that they'd cancel the deliveries and refund payments if I alter my 1 star review. So if I lie they'll stop misappropriating my money. Seems like a scam to me. Avoid!!

This company are scammers. I did not agree to a subscription. They are charging me for their products. They are sending tea bags I have not wanted asked for or needed. I have told them I do not want to subscribe and please unsubscribe me and yet they are still taking money out of my bank account. I want a refund. I do not want or need this product. Complete scam.

This company is an absolute disaster and disgrace, i have been trying to return the order with no success after being promised a refund once returned. absolutely unacceptable the way i have been treated. Avoid this company at all costs they are just a scam.

Tastes awful and after a few months I haven't noticed any change in my health as claimed..bloating is the same, energy is the same...doubt if it's done any detoxing. One day I'll learn not to buy this sort of crap. Customer service was not helpful, I had a couple of questions and they told me to look at their ad🤷‍♀️

It says "PEACH FLAVOUR" but with nothing in them resembling peach that's not what they taste like. They also claim to be a weight loss assistant, If you're buying to help weight loss, water will probably do instead. Don't subscribe until you taste them!

This tea is disguising, really bitter!! Didn’t realise of signed up for a subscription so when i got an email to say another was being sent and i was being charged I emailed immediately to cancel, a lot of emails later where they yet to offer discounts etc they agreed to cancel. Roll on one month get another email to say product being shipped and I’ve been charged again, go to bank, money always been taken. Contact again with previous email trail to show cancellation was agreed then get told to do on website on a computer. I do this and ask for refund as money shouldn’t have been taken, had been told they were cancelling. Mia, was the contact on both occasions then tells me as it’s always been shipped I’ll have to return to them and then they will refund me. This is their mistake not mine and I’m really annoyed. Have demanded refund but heard nothing back since. Complete scam!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Please folks do NOT order from this company! I wish I had seen these reviews first! I ordered 2 bags. To my horror I had apparently agreed to a subscription which I didn't see on their Facebook advert. I read everything! Took another £33.90 before I'd realised what had happened. I cancelled and asked for a refund which they won't agree because I said I wouldn't want any more because they didn't taste nice!
Shambles of a company.

I have just had an email from this company Lututox, telling me the £15.95 bag I ordered was the discounted bag, which was purchased alongside of the normal priced one £17.75. The email claimed it is quite a common occurrence !!!! and it can be easy to add it at the time.£37.85 for 2 bags of tea.I thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt after the first time they did this, but this is obviously dirty tactics that they are getting away with. Take note of what they say are the original price !!. So cross because this order wasn't even for me I gave a bag from my last order to a friend, and she asked me to order her a bag in the hopes it would assist her diet after her holidays. That will teach me. I didn't think they would have the nerve to do the same thing again.

Don't trust the offers.

I ordered the pack of 3 and then but somehow , they ended up charging me for 6 bags of tea , which was just under eighty pound ridiculous.. I realised this had been taken out of my bank. Got in touch with customer service straight away to change the order.as it wouldn't have been shipped, but they wouldn't have any of it. It didn't. I ended up taking the whole 8 bags. I never lost a pound in weight. Total false claims that you can lose weight with this. I'm very healthy. I eat well but I have got a fat belly and it didn't do one thing for me so don't waste you money.

Absolute disgrace. I bought using their buy 1 get 2 free but I never got the 2 free. Customer service was terrible, got no satisfaction or help from them, I had to make official complaint with Paypal to get a refund. Other people appear to have had the same problem on facebook page.

I have to amend my experience with Lulutox. I feel the company did review my request . I am very satisfied with the outcome
