Booked a phone call with Mr Adam James, as usual he explained everything needed we had a good chat about my retirement and what was needed. I got all the information I needed. BEWARE OF ILLEGAL SALES TACTICS
Celeste missold me financial products with false promises and information. Wolf in sheep’s clothing. Upon wishing to close these products, she put up every road block possible in order to prolong them and accumulate further commission from the weak schemes she had enrolled me in.
Directors have no interest in taking responsibility and instead divert blame onto the company whose products they sell (SJP)
I am in the process of reporting to the financial ombudsman and will be taking legal action to recover damages suffered by their mis-selling and purposeful extended delay of encashing my investments, unless substantial accountability and resolution is offered.
At the time of writing, I still have a 6 figure sum of money locked in one of their investments whereby continuing incorrect information is being fed to me as to why I am yet to receive the funds. This has been ongoing since 2025

We’re sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations, and we appreciate the opportunity to clarify a few points.
We refute the suggestion that any products were mis-sold. As an FCA-regulated firm, we take such allegations extremely seriously.
We would also like to clarify that no unnecessary obstacles were placed in the way of your withdrawal request. As an FCA-regulated company, we must follow strict procedures designed to protect clients and comply with anti-money laundering and data protection regulations.
- Part of the delay in funds being received was caused by the initial method of payment being rejected by your bank - frustrating of course, but unfortunately outside of our control.
- We also cannot release funds based solely on an email request. A short verification call is required to complete data protection checks and confirm the request isn’t fraudulent. Several attempts to complete this verification were declined, which delayed the process.
- We require a bank statement for the destination account before releasing funds. This is a standard safeguard to ensure funds are sent safely to the correct account. This documentation was not initially provided, which also contributed to the delay.
We remain committed to resolving matters properly through the formal complaints process, and we are pleased you have received your funds.
