I ordered March 27th as of April 10th it's been in customs that's 11 days in customs. I requested a refund. Don't do it

I order a sofa on March 27th and well today is April 20th and no sofa I have tried to get in contact with customer service by email and no reply so A TOTAL SCAM!!!

Ordered one of their couches of Tik Tok, never got it, luckily it was less than $20 but DEFINITELY A SCAM!!! If you are thinking about ordering anything from them just move along and save yourself the time and $$

Dang so it’s safe to say I won’t be getting my portable monitor for$30?!?!? 😏 it’s been a month and I’ve just been getting updates on the location. Last tracking info said your package is in transit…. Again 🧐

I ordered something from them and I made sure that I paid to get it shipped here in 2 days and its been almost a week. I have sent emails to two different emails. I have the proof that I have tried over and over to contact. I am going to ask my credit card to dispute it.

I ordered off TikTok for $19.99, pots and pans on 4/8..still cannot trace, email or contact them. Then that same day, my bank contacted me to ask if I ordered from VIC VIL TRAVEL in the amt of $69.99..both are frauds and I've now lost almost $90 from FRAUDS!! NEVER buy online from TikTok!!

I placed an order on March 26th, 2026 from an i saw on tiktok about an emulation device called the ayn thor, I placed a 40 dollar order and not only that the customer care is absolutely shitty they keep asking the questions over and over again with no type reassurance at all, they're a scam and I've been wanting a refund for a while now and the only option is to dispute through my bank because this absolutely mind blowing.

I saw a add on tiktok from aurorasale.com back in February i bought a 3 in 1 tablet after awhile of sending email to aurorasale.com the vanished an lumenpick started contacting me about my order never gave me a tracking number after awhile of emailing them about my order a week ago the said my email address was the tracking number an said my order was delivered but it never got delivered to me now every time I see ether one of those two i report them ive even made post on Facebook and tiktok

I placed a order back in March and have yet to receive my order. I've been emailing customer service but am now Under the impression it's an AI system answering emails cause I keep getting the same email responses over and over. Customer service sucks and there's no phone number for me to call on. Email Updates on package are vague saying things like "Your package has reached carrier warehouse," but who is the carrier? I never got that answer from any one of the people who were emailing with me. I'm going to be escalating this with my bank as a fraud dispute cause, seriously I'm done playing games and writing emails.

I have yet to receive any of my packages y’all are full of crap and if I don’t get my stuff or a refund I will take legal action find you somebody else to play with. I’ve had many things delivered to my address and not one single delivery person has ever had a problem finding my delivery address but when I go to order something for my birthday and my son birthday did you think we got anything NO JAMES YOUR HORRIBLE AS WELL SND ALSO A LIAR BECAUSE I STILL CANT TRACK MY PACKAGES YALL DONT HAVE A NUMBER FOR ANYONE TO CALL NO NOTHING. I wouldn’t recommend anyone or order anything from this bullshxt ass company

I ordered the cloud couch and they gave me a tracking number it’s giving me a update on my shipping it says now it was picked up by the carrier I will keep yall posted to see if it comes

Wow it is true, this is scam

Ordered a handheld game console off of lumenpick.com that was advertised on TikTok. Should have known it was too good to be true. $30 for a game system to find out its actual value online is several hundred. Hope my bank can get my money back.

I ordered a 32” tablet from this site 27 days ago, and it still has not arrived. I never received a real tracking number, my original order number is no longer retrievable, the shipping “updates” at nothing more than a box on a page that make vague statements about carriers and warehouses. I wish I had gotten a better screenshot so I could report this site to Visa and Mastercard. I will find a way to report to TikTok and Instagram for sure.

I purchased a $37 game console and never got and when I try to track the order with the order number I was provided, it doesn’t work. I contacted customer support and have been ignored.

Ordered two of the cloudless couches and one of their portable TVs and was given a fake tracking number. Do not recommend buying anything from him canceled my card and disputing the charge on my card.

SCAMMERS AND LIES...Ordered on March 3 and I thought we'll since I Ordered that 1 I ordered another for my son's room on March 9th but I have NOT HEARD ANYTHING FROM THE SITE NOR HAS MY COUCHES BEEN DELIVERED NOTHING ITS REALLY SAD...
