This company should not be trading many bad reports and should be removed from your site I just logged into it and could not remove it from my phone or my wife's after I sent it to her you also cannot unsubscribe you should be warning potential customers

I clicked on an ad and it honestly looked legit and there was a link that had to be sent to your email to be able to purchase anything from them. Well I fell for it and clicked the link they sent to my email and the link took me right to the payment fill out page and i didn't even give it a second thought before I filled in my credit card information and pushed submit. And it gets even weirder and more messed up, because I was going to report it since I had the proof in my email and my credit card recent purchase history but I went back and somehow everything that I had for proof completely disappeared.

Horrible company. Can’t provide clothing in my sizes, talls, and wouldn’t give me a refund. Assured me no more charges would be made. The next day $199 was charged on my account for a yearly billing. They do not give you a heads up your renewal was about to be processed. Impossible people to deal with. Do not take time to even consider this membership!!

Don’t do it!!! They are sneaky and unscrupulous!! Still taking all they can from me!

If I could give zero stars, I would. After deciding that the products from this company were more expensive than I care to buy, I tried to cancel my subscription. It’s nothing but a maze. I’ve contacted customer service 4 times trying to access “manage subscription “ and I keep getting the run around. Does one have to take legal action?

My experience with Lumi was unfortunately very unsatisfactory.

The initial onboarding process required a significant amount of personal information before I was prompted to purchase a one-month service. Immediately after this initial purchase, I was required to enter another set of information and was then directed to purchase an additional styling service.

Critically, the user interface for this second purchase was unclear. The button to skip this additional service was not clearly visible, which led to an inadvertent purchase that I could not undo or navigate back from.

Upon finally accessing the product, I found that it did not meet my expectations. I submitted a request for cancellation and a full refund within a few hours of the initial transaction. Shortly after my request, my access to the account was revoked. Despite the prompt cancellation, my card has been charged for both the initial monthly service and the additional styling service.

My attempts to resolve this issue with customer support have not been successful. I am disappointed by the lack of transparency in the purchasing process and the unhelpful response to a straightforward cancellation request. Due to these issues, I cannot recommend this service.

I would also rate it a zero. I tried to cancel and get a refund after the trial eneded. According to the site you cannot cancel due to this issue or not liking the product. I am very unhappy with support. I was charged a lot of money for services not even used.

LUMI Styling App is a scam. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE. If you do, payments will continue to be deducted, based on the fine print in their agreement. It is almost impossible to cancel subscription.

If I could rate it a zero, I would.

I paid $24.99 for a one month trial. LUMI charged $59.99 (for a monthly subscription service) exactly 27 days after trial period started. After contact made LUMI cancelled the unauthorized subscription but refused to issue a refund for the unauthorized/unused monthly subscription service. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE especially if you think you’re just getting a trial service. Unethical business practices. Check their BBB ratings…

First, the cream caused a bad rash on my bum and private areas. Not my armpits. I tried the spray, the can of spray is malfunctioning. And I have waisted my money on that. They should reimburse me. Lume does seem to keep the odors at bay. The scents are ok. Powder sent is best. Cucumber is clean smelling. Peony, is ok until it turns stinky.The others I'm not sure about.

Absolutely a scam, do not engage with this company as they take full advantage of advertising subscriptions and do not clearly tell you what you’ll be getting with the service. They then hide behind a “money back guarantee” stating “ However, I’d like to clarify that during the purchase process, all relevant information about the service was provided to ensure you could make an informed decision. Before any purchase is made, we provide clear and detailed information about the subscription terms, total cost, and the specific products or services included. By choosing to continue with the trial, you confirmed your understanding and agreement to these terms.”

This is FALSE! They did NOT CLEARLY EXPLAIN what the subscription was for, especially when landing in the subscription page from a social media quiz about styling. You have to sign up to “get your results” which you do not get. They offer clothing shopping which you clearly cannot do from the website. After trying to immediately cancel after realizing the services were not ad described, I am getting the run around saying that they were completely honest in what their service was, which is a lie. There should be better regulations on subscription services because the buyer is IN NO WAY PROTECTED FROM FALSE ADVERTISING

Absolute scam. Do not sign up. No service is provided.
I didnt even know they were taking a lot of money each month because there is no communication.

Scam. Completely inaccurate and misleading advert. Just after your money. Avoid at all costs.

Complete scam. I’ve been charged twice for clothes and when I’ve asked for a refund I got a note saying I’ve paid for pdfs? I thought a genuine clothes stylist. Keep well away.

Buyer beware. I Tried to join an entry level style service. But it kept adding additional service's. I could not click Out of the service to finish just an entry level offer. But it charged me. I closed out, annd immediately went to my email for a cancellation. Because I couldn’t get out of the program without continuing to add more service. But was told no refund. Several emails saying they legally offered a service and I’m going to have to pay. Without receiving any service. I Canceled in less than 10 minutes when I was so frustrated with the additional add ons. SCAM!!!!
