Hello! My experience with Lumia Clinic has been excellent. They provided support from the very beginning—even before my flight—staying by my side the entire time, guiding me, and explaining everything step by step. The doctors possess great judgment and true professionalism. I am so happy with my treatment and the transformation I’ve achieved thanks to their wonderful work. I am deeply grateful to the entire amazing team that handled my case: Carla, for her unconditional support; Ibrahim, my surgeon; Mustafa, who saved my life; and Dr. Jennifer, who ensured the aesthetic results look completely natural. I truly value this entire experience—from the transport to every other detail—with all my heart. Thank you!

I would highly recommend going to the lumia clinic. 1st of all i would like to thank ibrahim carla and Jennifer they were absolutely amazing from start to finish. We were picked up from airport picked up everyday and dropped back to hotel in luxury transport. Always on time. The clinic itself is amazing spotless and staff there cant do enough for you if you looking for coffee cappuccino anything at all. Oh and one last i would like to thank the driver he was amazing.

From the first conversation I had with Ibrahim to the time I boarded my flight home the service that Lumia Clinic provided was world class! They took extremely good care of both myself and my mother. Every transfer from landing to departure was provided by friendly and welcoming chauffeurs in vip style transportation. Ibrahim in particular was kind, knowledgeable and there for us with whatever we needed.

If you are considering any procedure from dental work (that my mam had) to septoplasty that I had myself look no further.

I was a bit sceptical at first because the prices seemed too good to be true but to my delight it was 100% genuine.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend their services to anybody I know and am planning on using their services again in the future.

I had an amazing experience at the clinic. The staff were very professional and yet helpful and nice. The dentist. Jennifer listened to all my concerns and I couldn't be happier.

Ibrahim was very helpful from the very beginning and was constantly keeping me updated before I visited the clinic. He made the whole process easy and attainable for me. I couldn't ask for a better person to see me through. The driver were always there on time to bring me to the clinic everyday which made the process so much easier and Safa my coordinator was also amazing. She was there all through the process and very attentive. She and Ibrahim are just a phone call away whenever I had questions before and after the procedure. They are quick to reply to messages. They also went above and beyond by organizing complimentary transportation between the European and Asian sides of Istanbul, making sure my hotel stay was comfortable, and even recommending places to visit and shop—helping me save money along the way. They were not just patient coordinators, but also acted as guides and organizers, which made the entire experience stress-free.

A heartfelt thank you as well to my dentist, who was incredibly thorough, caring, and clearly passionate about his work.

My journey is still ongoing, but I’m already looking forward to returning for my follow-up. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone considering treatment in Turkey.

My visit in turkey was a great success especially with the help of Lumia clinic team. Iv just finished my treatment today at lumia clinic and I couldn’t be happier.
My dentist was amazing and so had such great patience. Safa my co-ordinator was there every step of the way and made the whole experience as relaxing as possible, she reassured me every step of the way, answering late night texts 🙈 checking in constantly and always had a friendly smile. They listened to every thing I had to say and made sure I was 100 percent happy before finishing treatment. I would recommend Lumia clinic to anyone thinking of travelling to Istanbul for dental treatment.

I travelled from Gold Coast Queensland Australia to Turkey as I heard about the very world class Cosmetic Dental clinics and was recommended from a friend how professional Lumia clinic had been for her dental works and from my very first consultation I felt comfortable to proceed with my own dental works which consisted full upper and lower dental implants and over the next 2 visits to complete teeth removal and implants installed to the fabrication and installation of the new dental plates the process was smooth and professional and very cost effective.
