Tempting product, but stay away from company
I decided to order through Lumibook and thus made a conscious decision against all the cheaper alternatives on Amazon etc. I should have thought about this again. Ordered the lamp 2 weeks ago and haven't received anything yet. Sent several emails to the email address on the website which probably nobody will ever read and hence nobody ever replied to. Only when I threatened to claim my money back via my Mastercard did I "coincidentally" receive an email the next day saying my item had been shipped. It's scandalous that they're presenting themselves in a way that makes people think they're based in Europe (they explicitly point out that you'll be charged the final price in Euros) but then ship from Hongkong, which probably says a lot about the quality as well. I would stay away as far as possible and order through a safer channel. The only reason for the second star is that apparently the product is now on its way to me.
