Have ordered a product 3 months ago. Paid for priority shipping. Still haven't received it. I have seen so many complaints. Can't see how they are still operating by scamming so many people

The scammed me of 499 rand and promiced a refund now months later they blocked me for asking for my refund back, they refuse to let management or decision makers reach out to me. To resolve this. Many are going through the sane thing. I want my money back.

I can’t believe the bad reviews. I have at least 50 of these candles but don’t know what has happened to this company. I received a bad candle that wouldn’t light. They discounted my purchase price from $24.99 to $17 and then charged $9.99 restocking fee. I was going to get an $8 refund for a defective product. What has happened to these companies. So disappointed.

Fraudulent company, they do not reply back to emails and do not send any notification. STAY AWAY AND DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

I received a damaged item and I had another item that I wanted to return. Their return process is ridiculous! I’m still waiting days later for an approval to make a return. Either the company is trying to discourage people from returning or they just don’t care. It’s very frustrating, their merchandise isn’t cheap! I will never buy from this company again!

This company is scamming people. I paid for an item over 3 months ago. I have still Not received it. Their automated responses are unhelpful. They actually advised me to go to post offices and track the parcel myself..They should be brought to book by some authority

Did not receive what I ordered and contacted customer services immediately however have had no reply. Goods I did receive look cheap and nothing like it is portrayed on the website. Not fit for purpose and zero customer service. Lumihera is scam

Lumibalm does absolutely nothing. They offer a money back guarantee. They don't tell you that you have to send the products back to China. Cost $21.00. Scam. It wasn't worth it for me to spend $21, especially in light of the fact I don't trust I would get my refund.

No updates and no info regarding when I will receive my parcel.

I submitted an order with this company and was upsold with additional products (toner said to aid product effectiveness) and a larger order volume. That was my choice that I felt fine making given a cited 90 day money back guarantee.

When I chose to return, I was told only unopened products could be returned (which is not a 90 day money back guarantee as we traditionally know it). I returned the additional products ordered at my own cost. I was told to ship to a specific address with attn for a specific individual in China which was quite expensive. It was more expensive to send via plane or with a tracking number so I shipped it, knowing I was well within the 90 day window (knew immediately the products weren’t as promised). I emailed the company a photo of the shipped box and date sent but never heard from them. I followed up with their customer service email multiple times without a reply (the same thread that provided the return address). This was in April 2025. Today it was returned to sender. I see this company seems to be selling the same products under another name. I genuinely believe this may be a scam. The lack of follow through with a money back guarantee and stated return process, and refusal to respond to customer questions and concerns raises a huge flag for me. Not sure I can do anything with my credit card company as I am unsure how to prove I sent the return in the 90 day window. I hope others don’t get caught in this scam. Definitely do not buy their products.

I ordered six items; I was charged for six items. I received five. I have called four times. I also contacted them by their online return portal. I did get a same-day response via email stating i would quickly receive a refund for the item that was out of stock and did not ship. I get the refund notification that same day. I do NOT like a company that you cannot contact by phone. An email is too easy to ignore. However, they did respond and I did get a refund. My advice? . . .Be cautious.

Ordered dentures as advertised on Tik Tok. Received a bag with plastic balls and lucky packet plastic teeth strips. These people should be taken down on Tik Tok. They are scammers of note.

I bought 3x Lumibalm under eye. I am a normal older lady looking for help with bags under my eyes and this promised to cure them. I have put on as directed every morning for maybe three months and can categorically say ZERO difference. Please do not buy and hope unlike me read these reviews before purchasing.

Please expose this company as a scam on tiktok. I paid R500 for eye clay correction and did not receive it. They ship from china to sa which never arrives. They are a total scam and needs to exposed.
