The service was sterling quality; very quick to reply and very accommodating, so much so that I mentioned I forgot to enclose my first purchase discount code after the transaction had gone through and they gave me a refund on the value of the discount! Now, how many places would do that?
The equipment was good quality and even though it is early days yet, I feel that it has helped my dog who has osteoarthritis as well as my own joints. Very easy to use.

I find it helpful. Took some time to get the balance right using it. I find if I stop using it the pains are worse. Definitely does help.

Only have the Lumired lamp for a couple of weeks now but very impressed so far.
Using it on arms for repetitive strain injury and I am feeling relief already.

I have been using the lamp every day for two months and already noticed improvements. I have joint swelling and pain in my hands due to arthritis and the lamp is helping with both. I am also using it to improve circulation in my legs, which has also improved since I started using the lamp.

I‘ve only just started using the Mini, so no real results yet, but I like it very much and find it easy to use. The customer service and the info on the website & FB are excellent!

I purchased the lumired mini and have found it great. I use it on specific acupuncture points and lymphatic nodes. Have seen better clearing in those areas. Will be looking into a full panel next. The team were extremely helpful when I called to ask questions.

After researching red light for years and searching different lights when I finally saw an Irish company and from a physiotherapist it made my decision for me.
I have been using it for 3 months now. After reading Ari Whittens bookand having autoimmune issues I decided to start very slowly, only 2 mins, then 5 mins, then 10 mins etc and build up over weeks. He just recommends caution because you may feel worse if you do too much too soon. I did use it for 20 mins one day early on and felt very tired afterwards. Apart from that one time it's been a slow and steady improvement. More energy day by day.

I've been using it mostly on my face and neck area, which tackles my thyroid and facial acne at the same time. I have also used it for backache and period pains.

My acne has definitely improved, less spots appearing and healing much faster. I also have a lot of scarring which is also improving, hopefully long term use will improve the older scarring.

My partner uses it regularly after weight training for muscle recovery and also after a sprain which he felt healed it almost immediately.

We have used it on the dogs arthritis. After a few sessions she is moving easier.

My mother has seen dramatic improvement in her skin after just a week trial with it.
All round great experience with the light and the company. Great feedback from Rory when I emailed some questions and fast delivery.
Only thing I would mention is that neither door hooks provided fit our doors, maybe an option to choose a size of fitting might be an idea for future. But I think for us we  we will attach it to the wall permanently (with the fixtures provided) as we use it so regularly. I would also consider getting another one in the future.

Have been using lumi red on knee arthritis for about a month and feel it does give relief if used 3 to 4 times per day.

There's a huge variety of products on the market and it can be overwhelming. When I looked into it I found that many of the products did not meet the scientific recommendation of 650 nm to 850 nm range, or offer dual controls to allow you to do different treatments depending on your needs. LumiRed ticked all the boxes and more.
I wanted it for muscle repair, for anti aging, and weight loss. Before I made an order I contacted LumiRed several times with questions and they were always really helpful and nice. There products are TOP quality 👌 and competitively priced too! I ordered a LumiRed 500 it arrived quickly and very well packaged.
I've been using it almost everyday since I got it. Approx 10mins per area. Red light only on the face, Red & Near Infrared on the leg and tummy. It's only been 2 weeks and I've seen a difference. Generally a full treatment duration is 10-12 weeks so I'll update my post then.
The unit I got is really sturdy. The fittings that came with it are great. I couldn't be happier ☺ I'm already thinking of buying more to treat a bigger area at a time. And get one for my sister too.

I am delighted to find an Irish company suppling Red Light Devices. I have been using red light for over two years and wanted a larger panel. I use it twice a day for 10 minutes . Initially, I used red light for skin improvement on my face. It does work, my fine lines are improved and my skin is glowing. I have Rosacea Type 1, red light helps to reduce the inflammation. In addition, I discovered that red light helps me get a better quality sleep which increases my energy during the day. Delighted with my purchase, fast delivery and I am now enjoying using it daily both for pain relief and anti aging. I have not seen any major benefits as yet in relation to anti aging but I have only been using the lumired for a few weeks.
