Beginning of January I wrote a negative review about having problems with Lumise which sparked an acknowledgement from James, their support team.
He promised he would help me with the problems I was having with Lumise.
This I was very grateful for so I removed my negative review.
With the problems Lumise was stopping me from going any further with my new website.
After giving him access to my website, I thought he would quickly solve the problems and I could actually use Lumise with no issues, but after a couple of weeks I noticed nothing had been done.
So several emails sent to him and each email I sent I would get a reply that they were working on the solution.
Moving forward to mid April and still nothing has been done to help me with the issues I'm having with Lumise.
Today I tried to update Lumise but it won't update do to errors.
I am very disappointed in the Lumise team as I have purchased their product that is not fit for purpose and they promised to help but didn't. I feel like I have been fobbed off.
