Lumuwala is a small, women-owned bedding brand built around one stubborn belief: the things you sleep on every night should feel as good as anything else you own. We started Lumuwala because we couldn't find pillows and comforters that were genuinely soft, properly cooling, and didn't cost what a weekend away does — so we made them ourselves. Today we're best known for our Cloud Pillow — a soft, breathable, cooling pillow designed for people who run hot at night. We also make sheets, comforters, and a small lineup of bedding essentials, all chosen because we'd actually want them on our own beds. Behind Lumuwala there are just a handful of us. We pack orders by hand, write our customer support replies ourselves, and answer to every email personally. We grew faster than we planned for over the past few months, and our communication during that stretch wasn't where we wanted it to be. We've apologized to the customers it affected directly, and we've rebuilt the entire side of the business that handles email and shipping updates so it doesn't happen again. I’ve been using my Lumuwala pillow for…comfort
I’ve been using my Lumuwala pillow for a little while now and honestly it’s made a noticeable difference in my sleep quality. I’ve struggled on and off with neck and upper back tension, especially after long work days, and this pillow has felt much more supportive compared to others I’ve tried before. It has a really comfortable balance where it feels soft at first but still gives enough support throughout the night.
One thing I noticed pretty quickly was that I wasn’t waking up as stiff in the mornings, and I’ve been sleeping more consistently through the night. The material also feels really high quality and stays comfortable no matter what sleeping position I end up in.
I was a bit skeptical at first because there are so many sleep products online, but this one actually lived up to the hype for me. Overall I’m really happy with it and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for better sleep or relief from neck and shoulder tension.

Cooling and comfy pillow
I’ve tried this neck pillow and what I can tell you the best part (besides being so comfortable) is it makes you feel cool all night long. Im in menopause and I have sleep apnea. This pillow is GAME CHANGER!!
This pillow is GAME CHANGER!!! It has helped my back and neck pain SO much I’m actually waking up able to move. I need another and I’ll be sleeping comfortably! My spine is literally S shaped because of scoliosis and if I don’t use a good pillow, I can’t sleep and wake up in the worst pain of my life. This is the best pillow I’ve ever used hands down. I can’t recommend it enough!
