I’m currently waiting with jewellery from this company which 2 weeks ago, I told was ‘in transit.’ It’s for a friend’s birthday-a friend whom I don’t see often in person-and I’ve had to buy something else for her. I’ve reached out to Luna Charles via emails and instagram but nothing. In fact, the Insta comments magically disappear after 12 hours. To read the company’s posts, Luna Charles was founded by Emma Jade O Reilly in Birmingham. Plenty of posts about how she’s a one woman company, her dogs, positive affirmations etc. Very little to nothing in terms of giving customers what they pay for or doing even rudimentary customer service.

Ordered a gold plated necklace, after 3 months it was unwearable gold had all flaked off, tried emailing and got ignored so left honest reviews on Instagram to get blocked and ignored, don’t waste your money I have necklaces years old and much cheaper that are better quality.

Poor quality item - the moon stud came completely off, as not sufficiently attached to the bag.
Took several days to get a response to arrange the return, customer service team very condescending.

I've been trying to return an item. The paperwork that came with the item says you have to email them to get a free returns label but there's no response to my email, their "live chat" just stays unread and unresponded to and their telephone number goes straight to answerphone. My order number is #5453.
