I received this mirror as a gift. I absolutely love it! It is a great size, the lighting is awesome and the magnifying mirror is perfect! Initially I did have one problem with the magnifying mirror - it would slowly slide down the big mirror. I reached out to the company and Megan got right back to me with a solution. All I had to do was clean everything off! She was very nice and even followed up with me! What a nice company to deal with!

Bought as a gift - very well received. High quality product whilst maintaining a stylish appearance. Well packaged and timely delivery.
Excellent support service who also followed up with emails to check all in order.
Very pleased that the recipient is so pleased with the gift.

My compact mirror created ‘mirror envy’ from my friend so I ordered her one as a Christmas present. The mirror is sleek and compact and thoughtfully designed. Having said that, it is a good size, it easily fills the palm of my hand. The light enhances the mirror and the magnifying mirror means there is no place to hide. It’s great for eyebrows, eyeliner and the perfect lip line. Luna’s customer service is excellent, friendly and professional. I will definitely purchase again, all of my friends are going to get mirrors for their birthday!

UPDATE: After posting this review, one of my emails was responded to by Megan, who delivered fantastic customer service and worked really hard to get my missing parts to me. I will definitely be considering ordering one for myself in the future. Thankyou Megan :)

I ordered two LUNA London ORBIT Mirrors (one in blush rose and one in soft stone), however the blush rose mirror is missing its stand. As one can understand, this is an essential part of the mirror and the product does not function as advertised without this missing part. This has caused a lot of disappointment as it was a Christmas present bought for my sister and mum, that isn’t functional or fit for purpose. It’s a real shame as the product itself is brilliant and my mum loves her gift, leading me to consider buying one for myself after the Christmas holidays. But the lack of response from the customer service team is concerning.

If someone could contact me in regards to sorting this out? I have already sent emails, and messaged the company through Instagram with no reply…

What an amazing product and company! The customer service is second to none and Megan was so professional and understanding, it really stood out. The original mirror was slightly damaged on transit but after speaking with Megan first thing after opening a replacement arrived the very next day and I couldn’t be more thankful to the team at Luna. What a refreshingly fantastic company. Awesome

I ordered a Luna compact mirror which arrived safely. Sadly the magnification on the mirror was not sufficient for my needs so I requested a return. The item has been returned but as yet, 12 days later, no confirmation of receipt of return and no money has been refunded. No customer service number to follow up with.

I can’t believe I didn’t have this mirror sooner! I use it everyday, and the little zoomed in mirror added with it is so nice for plucking my eyebrows. I can never go back to not using my Luna mirror, I’m so happy that I found about it! ☺️💕 (Plus the design and color, is so chic and pretty! Everything I can ask for!)

This product had much to recommend it, something that had utility, was practical, within a week of use ,the magnifying accessory mirror, which was meant to adhere to larger mirror, lost all magnetic adhesian and simply slides off- a disappointment and a waste of money. So a fadish gimmick

Great friendly customer service from Luna, but I was disappointed with the quality of the product (Eclipse travel mirror) as it felt cheap, no usb c connection and the touch sensitive controls are a bit of pain to work. Fast delivery, good customer service but the product I don’t believe is quite there yet for the price they are charging.

Really helpful when I was looking for a particular colour. Product is high quality and the service is very responsive. Wouldn’t hesitate to purchase again.

Bought the Orbit for my partner and she simply loves it - it's superb quality, always works and looks fantastic. The team were really helpful when I was deciding on the right model to buy which for me is a firm demostration of a companies commitment to looking after customers. I cannot fault the experience or the product in any way.

I've purchased both the orbit and the compact from Luna London, and I absolutely love them!

When the mirror arrived, it was packaged beautifully ensuring it arrived in perfect condition. The thought behind everything from the package to the product and the customer experience is amazing– the mirror is stunning and exactly as described, and I've finally found the perfect mirror for my bedroom and also the compact for when I am on the go.

I’ve had my Luna London mirrors now for over 3 years - the eclipse and the compact - both of which are beautiful and excellent quality. The different lighting colour options are really useful for different weather conditions and the mirror quality is amazing - no bubbling that you get with alternatives. They are easily transportable for use when travelling as well as being staples in my daily routine. They have both maintained excellent battery life throughout my time with them! Would very highly recommend!!!

LUNA London is an amazing brand with high-quality products designed well, i’ve been looking for high-quality well-designed mirrors for quite a while, and there was LUNA. I purchased the Eclipse for travel as hotels often don’t have great lighting for applying make up. It arrived quickly and was well packaged for delivery.
This is a great mirror, it is lightweight and convenient to pack in my overnight case, and the 3 lighting options are all great. Battery life seems good, I haven’t had to charge it yet. Really pleased I chose this one over the others I had considered.
