ring stops working after 6 weeks of use
this ring is a real joke, after 5-6weeks of use , it just stopped working, it doesnt pair again, it's fully dead, its not detected by bluetooth. Customer support makes everything to keep the back and forth communication with no solution or replacement offer. Do not buy, this is clear an scam. 300USD spent and cant use the ring after 6weeks

DO NOT BUY !! Terrible product and non-existent customer service
I bought the Luna Ring 2.0, and it has honestly been one of the worst product experiences I’ve ever had.
The ring works very poorly. You have to manually sync it with the app every single day, otherwise all your data is lost. Some nights are not detected at all, and sometimes the app records naps instead of full nights of sleep.
I compared the Luna Ring several times with an Oura Ring, wearing both simultaneously and Luna’s data is completely inaccurate and far from reality. The sleep tracking simply cannot be trusted.
The delivery was also a nightmare. It was delayed for weeks, and despite my clear instructions (I travel often and gave them multiple addresses with a strict deadline), they still shipped the charger over a month late to my old French address, after confirming it would be sent to Indonesia.
Their customer support is equally disappointing. They acknowledged the issues but refused to refund me, only offering an exchange instead. When I clearly requested a refund, they went completely silent and stopped replying altogether.
Overall, this has been a catastrophic experience, an unreliable, overpriced gadget with one of the worst support teams I’ve ever dealt with. Save your money and avoid this brand at all costs

I honestly regret buying this ring
I honestly regret buying this ring. It stopped working after only a few months, and the support process has been nothing short of a nightmare. Responses take weeks, and they keep asking for information I have already provided multiple times.
It feels like there is no real intention to fix the issue, only to delay and deflect until the warranty period runs out. For a product marketed as cutting edge health tech, it feels more like a scam at this point. I would strongly caution others before buying.

Avoid at all costs.
I ordered my ring, and then the order was pending for over a week. I queried it - no response. I followed up - no response. After more than a dozen emails I got fluffy responses so I went to my bank. They won't cancel the order, they won't do anything ... I would honestly avoid like the plague... this is not a good company and the service is even worse!

Good ring and Very poor service and support
Good ring and features, extremely bad customer service , continuous delays and miss direction. They made a mistake with the order and said it would be replaced, it’s been 4 months , each time asking me to fill up a form and now stating 3 days to ship without any updates after 2 weeks.
Very disappointing for a company that has a good product but I wouldn’t buy anything new it comes up with due to poor customer service

They don’t work, had me down as sleeping when I was walking through an airport, steps inaccurate, customer services delay coming back to you and then refuse refunds, the material is cheap and gave me a rash, battery life lasts two days, don’t touch them!!

Do not buy their products
Do not buy their products. Purchased the new Ring and first day already reached out to service as it was not tracking steps, sleep or vitals accurately. Their website says 98% accuracy but it’s every day 40-50% step count accuracy, any time you lay down it counts as sleep (so reading, sun bathing, watching TV on couch), and hRV is always random. Tried working with support but they kept responding nonsense and asking for screenshots of error message. There are no error messages, I use different tracking devices and am comparing data.
Whatever you do, do not purchase. False advertisement and they do not want to help fix issues or solve product inaccuracies. Complete scam.

No Luna ring and no refund! Terrible customer service!
I was very excited to receive my Luna ring gen 2. I pre-ordered in April and waited patiently for it to be delivered. They shipped it on July 1st with an eta of 10-14 days. On the 10th I got an email from customs (I live in Portugal) requesting the proper paperwork before they could clear the shipment. I contacted Luna service requesting the invoice and specific info to forward on… after a number of emails back and fourth they were still not able to provide the correct paperwork and after 13 days fedex emailed me to say the package was going back to Luna. After that I tried for over a week to request a refund since my ring never arrived and Luna hasn’t refunded me anything. I’ve now contacted my credit card company for a refund. The customer service has been awful, I will never buy anything from this company again. Such a terrible experience and so disappointed in Luna. Don’t order anything from this crowd!!

Scammed company. Placed the order by accident the quantity then I requested for refund immediately in 30 minutes they ignored my request and just continued to ship the product and won’t offer refund. I have to report them to the bank

Absolutely do NOT recommend
The Luna team started strong with communication and assurances. I ordered and paid months ago and was incredibly excited to receive my ring. Initially they were beyond helpful to make that happen. I explained in March that I would be in the USA for a month in June and they assured me that it would DEFINITELY arrive in time and if not, they would reroute or send me a new one to my address abroad. They ignored 3 emails as my departure date approached with no ring in sight. Now my ring has arrived in the states and I won’t be there for another YEAR to receive it. They have not made good on their promise to aid in its proper delivery or to send a different one as promised. In fact, all they’ve done is send one sentence responses that are useless or better yet stop responding entirely. Ghosting existing customers? Really? They appear to only be helpful when it suits their sales but not when customers actually need assistance due to their poor planning, false promises, and obvious lack of communication. So incredibly disappointed to have gambled on a newer company instead of trusting myself and choosing an already established and proven smart ring like Oura.

I have been put off X times with some excuse or other, a new date has been promised and - who would have thought it - this was not kept either. Every time I heard thank you for your patience, but it's slowly coming to an end….
