Lupipop Reviews

Great service and communication. Absolutely beautiful product also

Great Product, Great Service, apart from Australia Post

Prompt delivery was packaged well

Thank you so much for your outstanding service. I recently purchased item and mistakenly put a wrong address. After reaching out to them, they resend my order back to me with my correct address in no time.

Terrific communication. Easy process to navigate website and order. Quick delivery. Item exactly as described, well designed. Very happy with purchase.

My order came very quick, well packed and as described. I feel the instructions and parts could be more detailed and labeled to aid in easy assembly. My children love the castle slide and seems durable. I wish the sections under the main towers we accessible for the kids to go in but they do function okay for ball storage.

Quick service, got exactly what i ordered.

High chair came fast easy assembly.

It was an easy website to navigate and purchase from. Very quick delivery and the final product quality is amazing. Ordered two cocoon highchairs

Fast and efficient service. Product great quality and lovely design. Good value.

Great high chair- definitely recommend the liner for added comfort. Easy to move around the house and have our 8wk old in the chair reclined watching us cook in the kitchen or arms length away whilst I shower etc

The product was as expected and detailed on the site. Delivery was efficient.

So comfy and I loved reading the cute quotes

Both the instructions, screws and parts did not match the toybox we ordered. Ie no drill hole where there should have been or wrong size dowels. Ended up using the panels and own tools/screws to be able to use the frame only. Do not purchase.

Quick delivery, haven't unpacked it yet.
Waiting for the grandson to return from holidays

My order came very fast as I had thought it was out of stock. Although quite fiddly to assemble, I managed it and I am very pleased with the result - a wonderful cabinet to display and store some of the toys and books I have for when my grandchildren come for sleepovers 🤗

Be care when making a purchase. I was wanting to see the price of express shipping in checkout and with shop pay, the purchase automatically went thru of $260. I've contacted numerous times to cancel this order, and they will not respond to me and just sent it anyway.

It was quick and easy to order and delivery was qick

Deceptive and fraudulent behaviour. Not responsive and no deliveries (waiting over a month) while advertising as available. No contact phone number. Buy at your own risk.
