Scam alert. Fake website. Avoid at all costs. Like other people, I purchased an artificial tree costing nearly £200 at the beginning of March and have still not received anything. Emailed and phoned. Each time Christopher said he would get back to me. He is knowingly committing fraud and deception and I’ll be contacting trading standards and the police. If you paid on your credit card you should be able to claim a full refund from your card issuer.

Have never been refunded for my returned tree, despite weeks of chasing.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IT’S A SCAM
Waited weeks for goods to arrive only to have them delivered faulty. Christopher, the so called one man operation has not answered my emails. Called direct 07487 740931 but just fobs you off. Also the address is fake, it’s his mum’s address so he says. That deception says it all.

Definitely a scam. Taken my money and never delivered items and now no response from company. Do not buy!

This is a total scam website.You will not receive your goods and they will keep your money.
The guy who operates it will tell you all the excuses under the sun and forgets what he told you the last time.
The authorities need to do something about people like this.

Scammers. They will reply saying there’s an issue with your order and delays etc, but you will never get your order or a refund. Avoid at all costs.

The product never arrived. Connected with them, said they would resend, they didn’t. Then stopped replying to me. I think it’s a scam. You can’t find them on Google maps; the address they mention on their website looks like a council home.
