Absolutely amazing! Even though the majority of the shoes Lusso Usato are ‘used’, they are hardly used! But they also do brand new pairs! Always immaculate condition having ordered over 6 pairs with the company. Could not recommend enough! The team are always super helpful and kind and always give great advice on the latest trends/shoe fits ect.

Hi Jorge,
We would like to clarify your concerns by confirming your order was first dispatched to you by Royal Mail on 29/12/21. Your purchase was returned by the courier on 08/01/22 as you did not supply the correct shipping address. After establishing with you your correct postal details, we dispatched them again on 10/01/22 at no extra charge as a good will gesture. We were then some what bemused when they arrived back to us yet again as you had not collected from the Royal Mail depot within their allotted time having missed the delivery.
We have unsuccessfully tried repeatedly do make contact with yourself since and as a result your order remains back at our HQ.
If you could please make contact with us as soon as possible so that we can resolve this matter.
