I'd like to give them Zero stars! I ordered a watch for my Granddaughter in December, and now, in the middle of February, and No communication!
They answered once and apologized and said it was on the way. I will ask my credit card to reverse the payment.

I ordered some jewelry on February 15 (2025). I did contact luvloom about tracking and they emailed me back. It still says shipment information received on tracking. I’ve tried emailing them a few times and I haven’t gotten a response. It’s now December 2, 2025 and I still do not have the package. It said it would come within like a month or two, it’s been ten months…
I placed an order and on July 18th and received a shipping notification a day later. Since then, there has been no change in the shipping status from "waiting for details" in almost 3 weeks AND COUNTING. Tried to contact LuvLoom multiple times, through multiple channels, and have gotten no response whatsoever. Definitely a scam, do not buy from this website.

The rapunzel ring was great, it looked even better in real life and my girlfriend loves it. The shipping was pretty fast aswell. Highly recommend .
