Scam company! Wish I’d seen the reviews before ordering an air conditioner unit. Fortunately I bought using a credit card but it still takes 15 days before I can raise a complaint and get my money back. As others on here, I’ve tried emailing & texting but theres no reply. Total rip off - don’t be fooled by the glossy website! Definitely on for trading standards to be investigating.

Do not order from this company. Money taken, item not sent. Incorrect telephone number and contact form cannot send due to server error. Complete scam

Scam didn’t get the item trying to get money back from the bank

Scam site spent money on a shed but absolutely no contact from company. Should have known better.

I was stupid, I highly suspected that this was a scam but I used the wrong scam website checker ! The one I used said the site was most likely legit, I should have just searched broadly online, i would have seen these reviews. My experience was the exact same, I followed a google link whilst researching AC units, saw one at a reasonable price & bought one, I never saw the other pages of unrelated goods that is a typical sign of a scam website. It caused me no end of hassle having to cancel my credit card, I now have to claim my money back from my credit card.

Took money, no contact from numerous emails sent, phone number dead, absolute scam. Do not use.

Its a scam, I ordered from their website, got no confirmation email of my purchase, the money got taken out my bank account. I tried to contact them via email and received no response and tried calling them and their number on their website conveniently doesn't work. I am now out £100. DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!!

This company are impossible to contact. Their telephone number is not connected, emails are not acknowledged and their own contact page email fails with a "server issue". You don't get any email acknowledgement of orders but they take your money

This is a scam website, phone line is dead. They don't deliver anything, just take your money

This is a fake website. I've found out that scammers have used another person's company identity to create this website and trade as them. Money is taken when a purchase is made. Orders don't arrive.

Another scam website purporting to sell Keter storage and garden equipment and below market prices , only to take your money and never deliver the goods. Do not use them, it’s a fraud.
