Perfect service from the entire sales team, especially Justin & David. Travel Advisor, Justin, is very detail oriented and I received the very best competitive price for my Business Class ticket. Will definitely be using LuxeSkies for my next adventure.

From start to finish my experience with LuxeSkies was very positive! The LuxeSkies team kept me informed the entire trip. They managed all the details, including check-in and meal selections, which made it stress free and very easy for me. The team was quick to respond to all my questions. When a flight cancellation happened (through no fault of LuxeSkies) they provided me with several options and recommendations. I would highly recommend LuxeSkies and will use them again!

Marious is excellent. He spent more than 1 hour given me all the answers that I need. I brought the tickets and he told me that anything happens he is going to help us.

On the return trip we had to spend a night in Istanbul.
Very,very long walk from arrival gate to hotel. The directions you gave me were not helpful. Had to ask many officials for help and directions to the hotel. It was at least a 30 minute walk from the arrival gate to the hotel. All done at 12 am. Not the best. Would never do that again. Otherwise, enjoyed every minute of the Turkish Air hospitality. Outstanding service!

This is 2nd time I used their service and have no complaints and they work out any issues that arise and take care of them immediately.

Allan was incredibly knowledgable and quickly responsive. We ended up opting not to book (this time) but Allan's thoughtful explanation of the options, the process and how to optimize for our next airline booking has me convinced this is a terrific service we will use later this year for planning overseas travel.

Rapid and courteous communication with a variety of flight options in most cases. I think Luxe Aur does a good job at finding the best deal.

He was an immense help to us in setting us up with a nonstop flight from Seattle to Frankfurt in Business Class and he suggested an longer stay (from 2 weeks to 3 and 1/2 weeks) which has excited our friends in Germany as well as the two of us!

Though somewhat newer, this company seems to have good ability to find business class fares for international travel. I gave them a try, and came up with a good result - saving $1500 per traveler over best I could find on G Flights, Travelocity etc.
Nicholas Rivers was in Europe, but he had a USA phone number and worked several hours suited to my USA Pacific time zone. He followed up regularly, and soon after I said "go" the firm issued tickets.

Great customer service. I had a little issue with one of their clerks. I immediately got a call back from a supervisor the next day. He was very professional. He fixed the situation and even gave me 2 Vouchers of a total value of $500. I was very grateful.
