My first experience with Luxeway Ride left a little to be desired, as the driver didn’t speak English, which made communication quite difficult. There was also some confusion with the pick-up date, as he attempted to arrive a day early.
However, my second experience was much better. Luxeway offered me a great deal, and the whole experience was much smoother. The driver arrived early and waited for me at the airport while I dropped off my visitor, which I really appreciated.
I’m pleased that my second experience was so much better, and I plan to use Luxeway Ride again when my next visitor arrives next month.

I booked a Mercedes-Benz V-Class with Luxeway Ride from Sharjah Airport to Abu Dhabi, and I had a fantastic experience from start to finish.

I immediately received the invoice and booking confirmation by email, and a company representative confirmed my booking. The chauffeur also checked my flight status and contacted me accordingly.

The vehicle was brand new, extremely clean, comfortable, and luxurious. The entire service was professional, smooth, and hassle-free.

I would definitely recommend Luxeway Ride to anyone looking for a reliable and premium chauffeur service in the UAE.

BEWARE OF LUXEWAYRIDE!

An absolutely unacceptable and stressful experience. Everything was paid in advance, yet NOBODY SHOWED UP!

I was left stranded and nearly missed my flight. When I desperately tried to contact them by phone, they simply hung up on me!

This is an outrageous level of unprofessionalism and a complete disregard for customers. If you take payment in advance, you have a responsibility to provide the service you promised.

I am extremely disappointed and will be pursuing legal action to hold this company accountable.

My advice: Stay away from Luxewayride. Do not pay in advance unless you are prepared to risk being left stranded.

I had an excellent experience with Luxeway Ride for my transfer from home to Dubai International Airport Terminal 1. The entire process was smooth, punctual, and very professional.

A special thank you to Shabi for the outstanding coordination and customer service. Everything was well organized from the moment I booked until I reached the airport.

I also want to recognize my driver, Jan Sher, who was courteous, professional, and an excellent driver. He arrived on time, helped with my luggage, and made the journey comfortable and stress-free.
