Lux Unique Limited Reviews

Lovely corten steel raised beds can’t wait for them to cure to their reddy brown hue

Great customer communication and great product at a good price.

Delivery team great and communicated well for delivery.

I messed up my initial order but they were happy to amend no problem. Items delivered of good quality.

Great service, they have been very helpful during the process of ordering and delivering.

Easy to deal with
Quick turn around considering our planters were bespoke
Very user friendly delivery team
The finished product was what we expected if not better

Excellent from start to finish. They provide drawings to confirm everything before manufacturing. The product itself which were 8 very large bespoke corten steel planters were really well made, very good quality and delivered efficiently. Everyone at the company are friendly and always helpful.

I received my Cor-Ten steel planters exactly as ordered. I’m very pleased with the quality and finish and would be pleased to recommend Lux Unique.

As a garden designer, these guys were very helpful at all stages of the design, delivery and customer service. Highly recommended! Will certainly be working with them again.

Great product. Easy to cut with a grinder. Delivery etc all as described. Good company to deal with.

The team made all efforts to help produce and deliver my order to a very tight deadline. Planters were well made and wrapped and arrived precisely on time. Great experience and will definitely use again

I had a good discussion with the sales manager about storing my items as I wasn’t ready for delivery. There was a mix up with the delivery that was resolved very quickly and kept me informed throughout. Plus the two Corten troughs I ordered look great and were entirely as specified- great service.

bought some custom steel edging plates. very accurate design and the parts connected seamlessly together. the bolts/rods were sufficiently long to hold the plates. i would have preferred the rods to have a point at one end, but i managed to cut these myself. overall extremely happy with the product and would buy again. The customer service team were also very helpful in tracking my order.

Excellent product delivered on time.
Very helpful sales team as I had to amend my order on several occasions.
Will be back for more product and would highly recommend.

I had a great experience with Lux Unique. I needed some advice on their products and they were easy to contact, professional, knowledgeable and friendly.
I was very happy with the quality of the products themselves, delivery was fine and the prices very competitive.
Very happy with the whole experience and would unreservedly recommend.
