Luxuricare in my opinion is one of the best in the caring sector. Lyndsey genuinely cares and looks after her staff and in return they all give 110% back.
The care my mum receives doesn't feel like service but more like loving support from a great group of people who go above and beyond and are passionate about what they do.
Lyndsey is a fabulous boss that has vast knowledge within the caring sector, and gives her absolute all with a great support network and invaluable carers. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to anyone.

Luxuricare have been a great support to myself, brother and more importantly our mum. Mum has a few health issues and started to need support. Where to start we had no idea and only want whats best for our mum. Lyndsay came to see us with one of her carers, they both made us feel at ease and mum seemed relaxed in their company. 6months on and Lyndsey and her team of carers are still part of mums life, she looks forward to their visit and support they give her. Mornings are now not a struggle for mum, showers, wash, dressing, breakfast n a good natter over a brew, even a quick puzzle and if required a few small household chores, whatever mum requires on the day. Overall we cant fault the care mum receives , all her cares are met with dignity, respect and kindness, any concerns we raise
Lyndsey addresses quickly and with compassion and understanding. It can be an emotional stressful journey, the unknown, but the support of luxuricare is helping us all understand and find our way.

Having worked for many care companies over the years, I can honestly say that LuxuriCare is one of the absolute best. A lot of providers preach about core values like compassion, commitment, and reliability etc,but they rarely follow through themselves. LuxuriCare actually lives these values every single day. Our manager, Lyndsey, leads by example and would never expect you to do something she wouldn’t do herself. On top of great leadership, the office support team is always at the end of the phone whenever you need backup or advice. The clients we support are all lovely, offering a wonderful, rewarding variety of care work. I highly recommend them to any carer looking for a workplace that genuinely cares about its staff or any client looking for exceptional care services.
