They haven't managed to send out a sample piece of tile I ordered almost a week ago which they charged an outrageous £3- for. And they haven't replied to my email. I've received samples from about 5 or 6 other companies in that time. It doesn't exactly inspire confidence.

Cannot recommend luxury bathrooms and tiles enough. They went above and beyond to sort our order which involved shipping to northern irelend. They kept in contact and where always quick to reply back. We ordered a pink onyx marble and aqua turquoise onyx tiles to do our new bathrooms. The tiles arrived and are absolutely stunning! So pleased with them. Affordable prices compared to other places as well which is a bonus! I cant wait to see them on the wall. Thank you again very much :)

I ordered 15 sq metres of Onyxo Ice (white onyx) tiles which are 120cm x 60cm. The order was processed efficiently and the tiles were very well protected and arrived sooner than expected. Now the shower room has been nearly finished, we found more tiles were needed. Mohammed was extremely helpful and pro-active and checked the colour match and arranged despatch very quickly, along with frequent status updates. A really good company to deal with and I wish them well for the future

When we discovered a faulty item, they didn’t hesitate—within 24 hours a replacement was on its way! It’s rare to find a company that responds so quickly and professionally. I purchased two panels in Feb 2024, Mohammed was great with helping me with the issues with delivering at my address. Very responsive and great customer service. Panels are great and I'm buying more for my next project. Would definitely recommend.

I had a wonderful experience purchasing tiles from Luxury Bathrooms and Tiles. Mohammed provided me with exceptional customer service from start to finish. He really went above and beyond from my first call through to ordering, delivery and after delivery care to ensure everything was ok. The tiles are exceptional and my father’s new bathroom looks absolutely wonderful.

Great experience with Mohammed who made sure I ordered the right number of tiles (as I has misunderstood the package dimensions on the web site). Really helpful and made sure delivery was scheduled for a date to suit me the following week.
The only issue was with the pallet delivery firm who had failed to confirm the actual delivery date - but Luxury Bathrooms And Tiles had passed all the necessary contact details on, so it wasn't their fault. Really happy with my chosen tiles and looking forward to my fitter installing them next week :)
