Good for sourcing, but guarantee are not worth what Roman says
I have followed Roman on youtube for a couple of years, so for me it was a no brainer to contact LB for my next purchase. I had two AP´s I wanted to trade in for a gold one.
The process from delivering my watches, and for LB to acquire the watch I wanted (they didn`t have it in stock) were good. All contact were done professionally and honest.
I had one requirement, and that was that the watch needed to be serviced before I got it. That was not a problem, and they got the watch serviced.
I arranged a trip to New York (i live in Europe) to collect the watch. I wanted to be sure to get it because I wanted to bring it on holiday.
When I got home I saw that the watch were lagging. It startet with a couple minutes a day, and ended up stopping completely. I contacted LB and they said they could take it in and look at it. I wanted to wait after my vacation, because that were in a week or so.
The second day of our vacation the watch took in water from 20 cm beyond the water surface. I laid it in rice and waited for it to dry out.
I contacted LB and they said they would not repaire "negligence" (they meant I had not screwed down the crown correctly), and that the water may have done the first problem I contacted them about even worse (and that they now maybe wouldn`t fix that either.) After a lot of communication (good and bad) they ended up reimburse me with 1000 usd on a 37 500 USD watch.
When I got home from my vacation I delivered the watch to AP in Geneva. They didn`t know why I delivered it, but instantly told me this:
- The watch have been polished
- The watch have been opened by someone not familair with AP
- The screws are damaged
Ap took a water pressure test and said it had a severe problem with water ressitance. After they opened the watch they told med that the person who hade opened the watch had incorrectly screwed it back on. Because the rubber gasket had been pressed sligthly, and were not tight.
So - to sumarice. They had the watched serviced, and when it was screwed together it was not done correctly. And they blamed me for the problem.
I had to collect the invoice from AP - and thats not right (in my opinion.)
All inn all: The thing im most disappointed about is that after following Roman Sharf in all these years, and the way he talks about the customer, they`re warranty and that they always want it to be a good relation - were not like this in real life.
So - If you buy a watch from them, thats great, but ask for a price without guarantee.

She is the absolute Best at procuring Impossible to find watches. Ana is also extremely knowledgeable & genuinely cares abt her clients. She so has a very good eye & excellent taste. I am a collector w/over 100 watches & have dealt w/many dealers & people in the business. Ana is by far the best Sales Manager I have come across in the past 20yrs. Ana always promptly returns messages on multiple platforms. She has always kept to her word 100%, which is rare nowadays. It seemed that because it was $7,900 it was not of consequence. My first time buying here and I did because of the supposed personal touch and personal experience of buying a watch here. This was on the contrary, like doing business with a machine. Very disappointing.

soft shoes
my mom ordered some soft shoes in the size that she wears (mind you there is nothing that says the size may be smaller) when the package arrived she tried on the shoe it was too small she sent an email stating the issue, no response for a week. then I sent an email they responded to me with they need pictures so I sent them they said since the shoe was the right size they wouldn't exchange for a bigger size but would give a 10% refund...really $4.99

Wow, what a great retailer!
I know questions have been raised about Gray Market retailers like Luxury Bazaar, but if my experience is any guide, any worries, at least about this company, are entirely misplaced.
I just purchased a fine Breguet watch from one of their sales associates, Ana Tenenbaum, and she was courteous, efficient, extremely professional, and generous to a fault. Not only did she give me a price break, but she shipped fast, via FedEx at no charge, with a nice personal note; then, when I discovered the watch was the wrong size, she issued a return label, again at no charge.
All in all, an experience that could not have been more pleasant, and more painless. I can't recommend her highly enough.

I had a great first-time experience with Luxury Bazaar in selling my Jaeger-LeCoultre. Before selling, I received quotes from 4-5 different dealers. Each of which had a well established online presence. LB offered the best price/reputation ratio. The transaction was seamless. From the first moment I reached out, until the time I received the payment was less than 7 days. (That includes shipping and inspection).
