We travelled from London to Venice on the Orient Express.
It was an amazing experience- with champagne/red wine/white wine on tap, first class food and a dedicated team to assist. Particular mention should go to Jasper & Vanessa. Nothing seemed too much trouble for them. We were far from demanding unlike our neighbouring cabins who required urgent attention almost every hour.
The scenery was amazing.
The cabins were extremely spacious and really comfy - both respectively as seats during the day and as bunk beds at night.
If you do get the chance to go on the Orient Express, the bar cart is a must - it was unique. Such a lively, friendly experience. I wore my kilt (you require to wear formal dress for dinner) and, after we finished our meal in the dining cart and went into the bar, the pianist played Flower of Scotland, followed by The Proclaimers. I will take that experience with me to the grave.
It was our best holiday yet.
The only minor niggle were the seven (yes, seven!) emergency stops we encountered in Italy. There was a lot of red wine/coffee and smashed glass/crockery after the first one. By the seventh emergency stop, we recognised the hissing sound and grabbed our glasses, avoiding any further spillage. We got a letter the following day, explaining that it was Italy Rail’s fault and that they intended to remedy the situation.
As I say, the Orient Express experience was awesome.

I booked the trip for my dad’s 70th. It was easy And straight forward. My mum and dad loved it ! They said the scenery was beautiful , the food was outstanding and the service was second to non. Thank you for making it such a memorable experience for them.

Fabulous trip to Bath. From the opening brunch Bellini to the last drop of dinner champagne, it was luxury all the way. We loved the comfort and belle époque style of our Ione carriage. And the food was splendid throughout, though the chocolate bars masquerading as petits fours didn't quite match the description. Finally a 5-star thanks to Patrick and his team who treated us like Royalty. We'll be back next year!

A magical and very special experience. It was easy to book online and to talk to someone too at the end of the phone to discuss dietary requirements. From the music greeting us on the platform, the delicious food, friendly staff and of course, the train was absolutely beautiful. A wonderful escape for the day, enjoying the golden age of travel. It was a surprise birthday present, very happily received and exceeded my expectations!

A BIG THANK YOU to everyone who looked after us on the 3rd April journey from Victoria to Oxford, especially the Minerva Coach staff. We were treated like royalty and nothing was too much trouble. Loved the tour of Oxford and the people involved with that, added bonus to the day. I will definitely be saving up the pennies and coming again. What a great day.

Having booked a birthday treat for my neice on the Northern Belle it didn't disappoint and was truly a memorable day we will never forget, more importantly the team at Luxury Train Tickets Carol, Lucy and Ralph were outstanding with excellent customer service, it doesn't matter who you communicate with they all present the same level of care and commitment. I am not happy with the customer service. Last year I book a trip to Bath for 14.02.2024, At that time was a promo code free wine case if we purchase ticket above £500,which we did. We wanted to buy in 2 payment, we been told that we can pay 25% that time and when we pay the rest we can use the code. When I pay the second part, they told the code is not any longer available. However I got 2 emails, 1 saying that I can use the code when I pay the rest of the money and the second email state that is no longer available the code but they will add manually in the system. Come back from my trip I call again the customer service to be told that is no note that I should get my free wine case but again I was promissed to wait till middle of March as they add me again manually in the system and I will receive the wines. As someone forget to add those informations. Again it seem that I been lied, it is ridicoulos how no one can take responsibility. I actually have prove in my emails. I am happy to share them.

What a really fabulous day it was on the 28th February when I, with my two daughters in law, celebrated my 80th Birthday with your company.
Everything and everyone associated with the British Pullman Luxury Train trip to Bath must be very highly appraised for making the day so perfect.
From the moment we arrived at your reception area in Victoria Station we, along with all the other passengers on that journey, were enclosed in an opulent bubble of wonder and anticipation and were not disappointed. We rode in the Minerva carriage where Arthur, Tom and their wonderful team who strove at every opportunity to make our experience one never to be forgotten. Their kindness, humour and patience cannot be faulted in any way. The food was delicious and cooked to perfection; and I congratulate the Chef and his staff for the way they had produced such delicacies in the kitchen facilities they work in. The girls and I agree that we just didn’t want it to stop and we will remember the celebration of my 80th Birthday forever.

Absolutely amazing! Every single element of the journey was exceptional - the food, the service, the design, the entertainment…..everything!

It was an amazing experience with good food and plenty of wine and the staff both at reception and on the train wee extremely attentive.

The cast playing the murder suspects were magnificent and everyone appeared to have a good time.

My Mother had the most amazing day and created memories she will never forget. From the moment of arriving at the Belmont Reception my parents were greeted by the Head Stewart. I think his name was Wayne. He greeted my parents with a warm smile and was so informative about the plans for the trip. A true professional. He offered them mulled wine and mince pies. My Mother said that carriage stewards Josie and Rebecca, went over and beyond, true professionals. They sang happy birthday and took the time chatting with my Mother. They offered each guest a very personalised professional service ensuring all their guests had a magical unforgettable experience. They are Assets to the company and the CEO Roland Vos needs to be informed.

Our Christmas markets to Edinburgh experience made our Christmas!
What an amazing experience from start to finish.
Booking was easy and all on-line. We did make an amendment after the initial booking to add extra people to our group.This was sorted over the telephone and the member of the team could not have been more helpful, especially as we wanted to sit close to each other and there were two dietary requirements to cater for. Nothing was too much trouble. Excellent customer care!
As stated in emails and on their website, tickets and information were sent by post a few days before.
And so to the actual day.
We were greeted by a wonderful gentleman at our designated train station; with red carpet and a Piper, the experience was magical. I had read some negative reviews of our designated carriage, but we found none. We felt like we’d walked into a Christmas Agatha Christie novel. Beautiful decor & furnishings, Christmas decorations and of course our exclusive table for the whole journey.
The journey, to and from Edinburgh, was amazing. All dietary requirements were catered for, delicious food & beverages and prompt service with really helpful staff.
The onboard entertainment of magician and music duo was an added bonus. Bravo!
I can honestly say that it was one of the most fantastic days out we have had.
Due to most landmarks being close to the train station, we had plenty of time to visit the Christmas markets, National gallery and lots of Christmas shopping around the Castle area in this beautiful city and return to the station in plenty of time for our journey back, which included a gift along with our canapés, champagne and evening meal with wine.
Would we book with Luxury trains again? Absolutely-no question. Five stars all the way! We have already been looking where to travel next.

We had a wonderful experience on your train for my husband’s birthday. From arriving on platform 2, to a red carpet and singer singing into our private waiting room, mulled wine and mince pies. We were escorted to our train with very smart uniformed staff. What a wow factor when we were escorted to our private two table carriage. The staff were wonderful, food amazing and plenty of very fine drink. The journey to Canterbury was pleasant with a Carol Service in the Cathedral, then either free time in town or talks. The evening meal on the way hope was very very good with plenty of good wine and bubbles. The whole experience made you feel very special. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

The service booking the tickets is fantastic and the staff brilliant.
I have done this trip several times and feel it is a good start to Christmas. But this time I felt disappointed and did not enjoy it much I feel it needs a revamp for entertainment. There seems to be a lot of cut backs since covid no diaries are given as gifts. Also no choice to purchase souvenirs. Do feel the service is not as good on the train as it used to be.

What a fabulous experience, from the moment of booking to the atmosphere on arrival at Platform 2. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, nothing was a problem. The on board service was second to none, Michael and Hector were excellent at hosting us. The food was superb and the list of wines from the regions we travelled through was interested. Overall a First Class service and would fully recommend anyone to make a special treat into a luxury one by travelling on the Pullman. Merry Christmas.

Fantastic trip, four of us booked this journey as a Christmas present to ourselves. The food and the staff were incredible. The food was beautifully presented and extremely enjoyable. The staff were beyond helpful and couldn’t do enough for us. The only downside was that the toilets could do with updating as I think something like a chipped toilet seat could have easily been replaced and a few other bits needed sprucing up. Apart from that I would definitely do it again.
