Do not buy from this company!!!!! I did the stupid thing and purchased with only reading the website reviews… paid express delivery on an item, guaranteed 1-3 days. Didn’t arrive, gave benefit of doubt because I know post is not always reliable. I contacted company through email, website bots, and rang. No response either time, I was polite. I emailed numerous times and nothing! Phone was a voicemail and no calls returned. I in the end rang my bank who told me that they were set up as a recurring payment!! So good job I checked as the same amount of money was due to go out a week later.. and every week. Absolutely disgusting that they do this to lots of people. AVOID!!!!!!!

Trying to return an unworn item that arrived late and no emails or calls are being answered

I purchased an item which was too big. It has been 3 weeks of numerous emails and telephone messages being left with no response. A terrible company to deal with and the item was substandard too. Do not purchase from them if you can help it

Scam company. Wish I looked at the reviews before ordering! I paid £66.00 back in June and they never sent me my order. It’s now September. I contacted them several times and haven’t had a single response. I raised a dispute with the bank in July and now had a notification that the company is challenging my dispute!! Wrongens!

Item arrived late amd poor quality.

They refused to send me a refund when the item still had the tag on and was not worn. Poor service DO NOT BUY

I ordered an item of shape wear from this company by express delivery. Delivery was promised in 1-3 working days. When no dispatch email came after 48 hours. I tried to contact them first by web chat to which there was no response. Therefore I rang the customer service phone number and got a male voice saying leave a message. So I did asking where my order was? There was no response from the company so after a further 24 hours I called again and got the same male voice. I left a message saying I wanted to cancel the order as it would not arrive in time for my event. Again no response. Whilst away from home at my event I received a dispatch email, and the item was waiting for me at my address on my return home a few days later. I was prepared to keep it for a later date but upon opening the package the item was not as described. It had fixed straps whereas the item in the photograph on the website had removable straps which is why I had ordered it in the first place. I looked up the returns policy and saw that I had to contact customer service so they could approve a return before giving an address to send it to. I emailed customer support and was informed that because the item was a bra I could not return it for " health and safety reasons", but they did refund the express delivery charge. I pointed out that the item was unworn, still in its packaging and the wrong item, and also that if they sent me the wrong item they could not refuse me a return under trading standards rules. There was no response to this message and so I have had to seek a refund through my credit card company.
In summary this company is difficult to contact, does not have a manned telephone line and appears not to obey trading standards rules regarding their obligations.

Absolute scam of a company. I am sure what they are doing is illegal. I purchased some shapewear and when it arrived it was not a great fit so wanted a return. I checked before ordering that there was an option on the website to return which there was - I was very wrong as it turns out and wish I'd have googled the company reviews before purchasing. There's no returns portal but instead an email you have to contact to initiate a return, but they do not answer these emails, I had one reply asking if I wanted an exchange, to which I replied no that I wanted a refund instead and since then have had radio silence. They have ignored multiple requests to provide return shipping details so I can send the item back, and have never got back in touch. So now I am stuck with a garment that I cannot wear and £33 down! Disgusting and I have been in touch with UK trading standards, and recommend everyone else do so also if they've had similar issues. Don't be like me, avoid this company at all costs!

Ordered item with advice of shipping within 3-5 days. 2 weeks later still no item. Went into the website with the order number and says order cannot be found. Tried calling and just goes to a gift gaff voicemail. Tried through the chat with no response to my countless messages. AVOID!!! Currently raising a dispute with the bank.

Item bought wasn't right size. Can't get hold of these no matter how I try. Absolute rip off. Left with item i don't need.

Order arrived. Asked for a refund. No one has responded at all. Super poor customer service and wish I read the reviews before ordering.

AVOID!!! Shocking company! Ordered and delivery took over two weeks to arrive so meant the items were no longer required. I have now emailed, phoned and submitted my contact details over ten times to get a refund and I never get a response!! Shocking customer and now I’m stuck with a product I don’t need and no way of getting my money back!!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. AN ABSOLUTE SCAM. Purchased 2 dresses, paid for fast delivery and products arrived 2 weeks later. I requested a refund via email as no option to return otherwise. No response. I will be contacting the ombudsman and trading standards.

I should had checked trustpilot first!!! I ordered a seamless body sharper 12th June paid, the extra £6.00 for fast delivery of 1-3 days. As I require item for Satuday 20th June. It's now 18th June over 3 days. Where is the delivery? Tracking system is ridiculous. Scam indeed!!!

They sent me a really bad bra with poor stitching , holes and threads loose in several places.
Sent photos and they said I would get a refund, weeks later still waiting for it. They never reply to your emails and I have been scammed out of my money.

Order No: #11846. This company is a SCAM. Ordered 3 items and only 1 arrived 28/5/25. The one that arrived looks nothing like the images provided on their website. The other 2 was LOST IN TRANSIT. I have tried to contact Luxxshapers 3 times via email, review and telephone but I haven't got a reply. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Ordered shape wear which has arrived and is too small for me, I have contacted the company 3 times via email, once via social media, tried using their ‘live chat’ and rang the contact number provided and had NO answer with any of them. As a business owner myself, I am appalled at the lack of customer services that this so called company provides.

Take your money elsewhere!

Only just realized this is an awful company to buy from, need to return item, no option on site so emailed. Emailed now 3 times and on social media. Disgusting lack of customer service.

DON'T BOTHER ORDERING FROM THESE. I waited a very long time for my order which I want to return as its poor quality and too large for me. No reply after 8 emails to their customer support department for return info. They simply ignore you. Terrible in my view.

Nothing wrong with the product, ordered 2 sizes and then there’s no reply when you try an initiate a return . No way to start a return on their site & no reply to numerous emails & Facebook messages - now stuck with 2 items
