Annual boiler service…
Engineer attended on time for annual boiler service and was efficient, helpful and courteous. Boiler switched off due to an issue with the flue. Office 'phoned the next morning saying parts had arrived. Engineer attended soon after and boiler working again just after lunchtime. Very happy with this prompt action meaning minimum downtime.
