My son was diagnosed with end stage renal failure in 2017. Doctors recommended Kidney transplant in 2018, India was the best option as the procedure was unavailable in my country Zambia. We heard about Lyfboat from a cousin who lived in India and immediately contacted Doctor Suneet Singh for assistance. Since 2018, Doctor Suneet has been our contact person and gave us all the guidance and necessary information we required for us to finally make a decision to have the kidney transplant at Medicana Hospital Istanbul Turkey on recommendation from her, based on our circumstances and preferences.
Our stay in Istanbul was exceptional. The Hospital had world class standards, staff were professional and friendly, the service was top notch and we were very happy with the treatment given. Real value for the money we spent.
My son had a successful transplant and recovering well.
Even with covid-19, the hospital observed all necessary covid-19 protocols and we felt safe.
I would recommend Medicana Hospital and Lyfboat to any patient, any day due to the professional and humane manner they conduct their activities. They operate with a real desire to save lives; not for a mare pay. Keep it up!

After being diagnosed with a pro lactic secreting tumor I visited a couple of hospital where by I was advised for surgery. Luckily I came across this kind,caring,helpful Dr Surbhi who was able to guide me accordingly,unlike other doctors who suggested for a surgery both in Kenya and India. Overall is good. The agent was very helpfull. But the problems is, why the lyfboat online system is using general without seeing patient personal data. Fyi, the patient is my mom, I cant join with my mom to malaysia because my duty in indonesia, so my mom travel with my sister to Subang medical center. From online register, i get lyfboat agent from india while im living in indonesia and want to get best surgeon doctor in Malaysia. Its lil bit dificult for my mom and my sister when she have to communicate because both mom and my sister cant speak english. And also when i register and input data we are not sign a contract (agent and patient) but why we must follow the first lyfboat agent that we get until we are finish for treatment, why the system cant search the nearest agent (Indonesia or malaysia) in order for simply and eficient. With all above problem, i think u have to check the system again. Thank you
