I ordered from Spark Savvy but ordered double amount in error. I Emailed them and they refunded my payment and still sent the order.

I bought the advertised Christmas tree made of lit beads.
What i received was a bunch of seed size beads, no central stem, the lights were the type you put in a bottle, I paid £53 for a autumn tree and a Christmas tree and they were appalling, no pumpkin beads, no larger beads to act as baubles, literally you couldn’t make inentree out of the two sets that I bought. Don’t waste your money.

I love the support I got from M Allwish team, they made my experience worthwhile. Great people resolved my concerns quickly. Great job guys

Ordered a 3D Halloween rug that looked amazing in the advert , its absolutely pathetic !! Tiny , no 3D effect at all , not even big enough to wipe my.feet on !.

I ordered 2 rings from this site for £15 and they sent 2 rings that hold keyring absolute scam,do not order !!!

Order website a minefield that seems to trick the customer into multiple orders for the same product, which I fell victim to. However after contacting customer services the order was cancelled and the monies less insurance refunded to PayPal account.

I have awarded 5 stars because -
I ordered 4 items in error and upon informing seller I was refunded immediately, even before I had returned them. Communication has been polite and prompt at all times. I will be pleased to buy from this seller in the future.

SCAM SCAM SCAM site wish i had read reviews first ,first added a product on i never clicked in , wont let me cancel the order when it says in the site it does ,order number cant be tracked ,sent numerous emails to them and keep sending same reply with links to help
PLEASE PEOPLE DO NOT USE THIS SITE THEY ARE A SCAM COMPANY OUT TO TAKE YOUR MONEY PLEASE DONT TRUST THEM reporting them for fraud aswell

Unfortunately went for a bulk order on the car scratch polish, as it was cheaper. The paste does not work AT ALL. It does absolutely nothing. Yet another absolute SCAM.

Bought the 'woven' beach towel/bag with a 'secret' pocket for valuables on the beach.
Absolutely awful cheap polyester material badly cut out, not suitable at all for drying yourself. No 'secret' about the pocket stuck on the front.
Wouldn't be so bad if I'd bought it from Temu for a fiver, but it was £23 with postage. Fuming!

Ordered the dishwasher tablets never arrived and tracking number does not exist steer clear fraudulent company

This company is a complete SCAM. Stay well away!!I ordered a hair steam brush. They took the money immediately. I received no communication from them. Tried to email them. My email would not send. Have not received item or had any correspondence. I'm currently in the middle of getting a charge back from my bank. Steer clear!
