After waiting, Melbet opened a payment support ticket instead of paying me.

Despite opening this ticket, nothing has been resolved. My withdrawal has still not been paid. They neither cancel the withdrawal nor send the money.

I contacted live chat multiple times. Instead of helping me, they blocked me. They also ignore my emails and provide no meaningful updates.

My withdrawal has been approved, but my money is still being withheld. Until Melbet pays my withdrawal, I cannot recommend this bookmaker to anyone.

Today marks 25 days since my 1000 AZN deposit was successfully debited from my bank account, yet it has still not been credited to my MelBet account.

During these 25 days, I have requested a clear and official explanation countless times. Instead, I continue to receive the same generic template responses by email, live chat, and even publicly under my Trustpilot review.

I have saved all my conversations with MelBet Support, all email correspondence, and every public reply posted under my reviews. These records clearly show that I keep receiving repeated statements such as "Please wait," "We are waiting for the payment provider," or "Your case is under investigation," without any evidence, investigation report, or estimated resolution date.

I would like to ask everyone reading this review a simple question:

Is it acceptable for a betting company to keep a customer's successfully processed deposit unresolved for 25 days because of its own payment or technical issues?

If MelBet has a problem with its payment provider or internal processes, that should not leave customers without access to their own funds or without transparent information.

My bank has confirmed that the payment was successfully processed, and I have submitted every document requested, including my bank statement, payment confirmation, RRN number, screenshots, and all additional evidence.

I have also submitted formal complaints to the relevant dispute resolution bodies and initiated a Mastercard chargeback through my bank.

My name is Deepanshu Sharma, and I am telling everyone globally that Melbet is the most pathetic, shameless, and money-eating scam app in existence. I deposited a large amount of ₹30,000, and they have straight-up stolen it and refused to credit it to my wallet for over 15 days.
I am a professional gaming video creator and streamer with over 119K subscribers on my platform. I have played on and reviewed countless gaming platforms, but I have NEVER seen such a fraudulent and corrupt application in my entire life. I am now going to make dedicated exposure videos, record my screens, and share this entire scam story across all my social media channels and subscriber base to completely expose their real face.
I have provided absolute backend proof. My bank (Kotak Mahindra Bank) officially completed an investigation and closed my dispute because Melbet's partner bank rejected the reversal and kept my money. Even after showing this direct rejection proof, their customer care agent named 'Junge' acted like a total fraud, gave a useless robotic copy-paste reply, and shamelessly closed the chat just to ask for a 5-star rating! I gave them 1 star, which is too high for these thieves.

They just decides not to give my deposit and are Thieving scums, I presented the necessary proof I didnt get my Deposit, after a month which is a whole lot harder to get or nearly impossible, they say I should make a screen recording of my transaction history on my phone app, invading my privacy and failing to give my deposit, a Scummy Platform. Fraudsters, with their useless Customer support who reply like bots whom I think are bots.
