I purchased online and I paid extra to make it fit, but the day they delivered, I wasn't at home and they did leave in a place that I didn't said and take a picture. I have proof of not being at home and that I can't find the package, I told them that they leaved the package in a place that anybody can pick. They didn't solve my problem nor give me any information. I wasted my money and had to buy a new dress. So don't buy in this website and in any online shop. It's better to pay more.

Ordered 5 blouses - each blouse was about INR8000 . They delivered only 4 items and that too after 12 weeks . I reached out multiple times about order not received - that blouse was AUD 138 .. close to INR 10k

Extremely Disappointing Experience I Do NOT Recommend This Website
This is one of the worst online shopping experiences I have ever had. I purchased a women’s dress from this website, and the return process was extremely frustrating and misleading.
When you decide you want to return the item, there is no clear or easily accessible way to start the return. Even after finally finding the return option, you discover that you are responsible for paying the return shipping costs yourself.
This information should be clear before purchase, not hidden in the return process. The entire experience feels unnecessarily difficult and customer-unfriendly.
I do not recommend buying from this website. If you are considering a purchase, especially clothing you may need to return, I strongly suggest reading the return policy carefully first.

Worst experience!
Ordered a lehenga on the 9th of September 2026 and was supposed to receive on the 14th. It's already 21st today and i have not yet received the parcel. They are very unprofessional and bad service. Very disappointed!!!

I placed an order from Mirraw’s and they sent the wrong sizes to which they acknowledged. I submitted a review and now they are holding me ransom by asking me to remove my review to give me a refund. That’s illegal and unethical

I was scared to order from here but this website is legit!! My order came within 5 days of ordering it (I am in UK). The dress is gorgeous and exactly what I wanted. Very cheap prices for the quality and design! A salesperson called Yash helped me out by answering my questions and even checking to see my order has gone through. A very helpful and kind person! I will be ordering from here again. Thank you so much Mirraw 🙂

Worst experience with Mirraw. The images displayed online does not match the product - especially with the color and fabric. They shipped us completely different color item and would not agree to their mistake. Also their return policy is worst - it's only for advertising purposes. When it comes to return they will make all the excuses for not taking it back. STAY AWAY from ordering from Mirraw online.

Absolutely terrible. The fabric is really poor quality — thin and cheap‑feeling. The sizing is completely wrong, and the second colour I ordered is totally different from the picture. No returns accepted at all.

Huge waste of money — avoid buying at any cost. I wouldn’t even give 1 star if I had the choice.

I ordered an outfit in May 2026 and my credit card was charged. I never received the outfit. I wrote to mirraw to resolve the issue and they kept opening tickets without ever resolving the issue or refunding me. It's now Aug 2026. I don't recommend this company. I didn't get the product and have to waste time and deal with getting my refund.

These are worst people to buy from I bought a dress for my daughter from them and it was tight I asked for it to be returned as it doesn't fit her first email I got a response they asked for measurements of the dress I sent it no resok se back for 3 days. Then I whatsapp messaged them it's been 4 days continuous take measurements from here there and I did on the 4th day it's still not right like what is this the dress doenst fit what do you flipping want more measurements for will it fit her by measuring omg my frustration level with them has gone to the roof and I'm gonna make a complaint to their management it's ridiculous please guys save yourself from these people.

Suit arrived with sticky stuff on looks worn , reported it straight away with video and pics . No refund was given wish i had read all the bad reviews. Do not order avoid!

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND REFUND POLICY LIES
Ordered the wrong size of 2 ladies suits and didn't like the material and too big. On their website it states that full refund will be provided if not happy.
Over 35 emails to and from eventually they provided with the return details. I paid for the Customs Duty and when the package was attempted to delivery no one to accept it.
they don't read their emails properly and kept saying the same things that we do not refuse any package and did not bother to contact the courier who had left a card to arrange re-delivery, they are asking me to chase up Mumbai Post Office to find out where the package is. They can keep the money, most awful and stressful customer service

Dont use this company. Received an outfit with stain on. They requested photos which I sent and no response for days. Basically they are not interested when you have an issue. Waste of money. The dont check items before despatch. Terrible service. Not worth the hassel.

Please don’t buy anything from this company. I ordered a salwar that was stitched so badly that it doesn’t even pass through my head as the neck is so small. Ordered a readymade salwar.. the top fits as per size guide but the bottom is at least 3 sizes bigger. The quality of the material is also very poor and looks cheap. Tried to contact them to complain: they ask for pictures and then some else emails asking for more pictures. I gave up after sending pictures to the 4th person.. Complete waste of money and time

The company is not trustworthy, cheap quality material priced too high. Just buy it from flipkart and courier it to anywhere you want. That would be cheap. Their wallet is another joke they will only give you 20% bak @mirraw. Bad

Very poor, I had placed an order in April and after 45days I was told my parcel got lost in transit, did not receive refund yet. It’s a shame.
