After 15 years of working on Hospitality CRM's and 19+ years of working on Real Estate CRM's nothing has come close to M1 Intel. The AI feature of recapping completed activities is a fabulous feature all of its own but all the additional features, i.e. "next activity" prompt provide unbelievable time savings and a much deeper account understanding. I've never seen anything like it!
