I went to M4 vans because I like to look at my vehicles before I buy. They had a good supply. From the off all the sales staff were really helpful and made the whole experience of buying a van very painless.

We recently bought a mini bus from Jeremy - and his advice and guidance throughout the process was excellent. He even organised the transport of the vehicle to the North West of Scotland reasonably and without any fuss.

What an absolutely fabulous team especially Jason,I sold my van to M4 Vans & Minibuses and was rewarded with outstanding service throughout.

They made me an offer which I accepted and all the paperwork was completed within 15 minutes and funds was in my account 5 minutes later.

Everything was so smoothly executed by Jason and he even made me a coffee while the funds was credited to my account he explaining everything in detail was even taken back home as I didn’t have my vehicle anymore.

I have never bought, or needed a van before, so was decided to make an initial visit to the M4 van centre in Swindon to start my research. I was soon educated, and had very little sales pressure (which for me is a turn off). They appeared to have a good selection of vans, but deceided not to buy while I was still learning.
I looked around, and soon decided that I would struggle to do better so returned and bought a lovely Transit Connect.

Absolutely perfect experience from first phone call to finally picking up our new minibus. Jeremy was wonderfully friendly, helpful, patient and accommodating throughout, ensuring we drove away not only with a thoroughly well checked and serviced vehicle, but also with the knowledge that the excellent customer service will support us in the months to come should we need it.
It’s a big purchase so knowing we’re in good hands made all the difference.

Daryl Thomas was the chap that the gods assigned to me and it was a pleasure from start to finish which I might add was pretty swift such was his efficiency If there were more people like him in this particular business then trust would be much higher.

Almost 2 weeks ago on the way home from work the cambelt on my van I purchased from m4 van centre decided to go..I contacted them straight away and even tho it was late Alan from the m4 service and mot centre called me to find out what the problem was. As soon as the van arrived there Alan and his team started work straight away, long story short it ended up being a top end engine rebuild, cambelt, camshaft, valves, pistons, seals all had to be changed..9 days later and contact from Alan every day on progress the job was done and my van is running like a dream..I would 100% recommend m4 service and mot centre to anyone..they are very professional, very friendly and very helpful..I personally would like to say a massive thankyou to these lads.

I bought 2 vehicles from M4 Van and Minibus Centre. I was told that both vehicles came with 12 months MOT. I stupidly didn't check the MOT's as didn't think I would need to with a company of their stature. I then discovered after driving around for 2 months without an MOT that one of the vehicles only had a six month MOT. I then checked the other vehicle to find that that one only had an eleven month MOT.
I would highly reccomend that people check all the paperwork when buying from this company. I thought the days of buying cars from the likes of Arthur Daily had long gone, but obviously not!

All staff were very helpful and knowledgeable in their different roles. M4 as a company are very efficient in their service and contacting me as a customer and accommodating to reach my needs

We bought a 4-year-old school minibus from M4. It was in excellent condition and completely serviced, MOTd and valeted prior to handover. Throughout the process, Jeremy could not have been more helpful, and the whole process was completely hassle-free and painless. We are pleased with our minibus and will use M4 again.
