I was not hugely impressed with the changing mat as I could have got similar from supermarket.
I also then had to pay for a refund so not only did I miss out of delivery charge and refund charge I then had to pay for another mat elsewhere.
Probably won’t purchase from Mabel and fox again. Which is a shame as website shows lovely items.

We’re sorry to hear the changing mat wasn’t what you were expecting. Our Mabel & Fox changing mats are proudly made in Britain using high-quality materials, and a lot of care goes into both their design and manufacture, so we’re disappointed to hear you didn’t feel the quality reflected this.
As with many online retailers, return postage for unwanted items is the customer’s responsibility, which is outlined in our returns policy. We do appreciate your feedback and are sorry that on this occasion your experience means you wouldn’t choose to shop with us again.

We’re sorry your first experience with us hasn’t been as smooth as it should have been and apologise on Royal Mail's behalf.

Hey Cindy,
Thank you for your review. We're pleased to hear that your item arrived the next day as promised and that you were happy with the product.
We're sorry to hear that the recipient did not receive a gift message. Having checked the order, no gift message was included with the purchase, so unfortunately we were unable to add one to the package.
We appreciate that a personal message can mean a lot when sending a gift and we're always happy to include one when the details are provided at the time of ordering.
We look forward to welcoming you back soon!
Best wishes,
Mabel and Fox
