What gorgeous changing mats! Exceptional quality and just sit beautifully on the top of the babies chest of drawers. The basket is also amazing quality and much better in real life than in the photo.... Toon meer

The pram bag I bought feels like great quality with wonderful fabric and stitching. I’m not so keen on the brand label being so big on it and I was very disappointed with the fact that there is no security measure on the bag. Idon’t understand why there wouldn’t be a clasp or a zip on an exposed bag especially with how city living is at the moment. Seems a little too expensive not to have something so needed.

Hi Chloe,
Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback.
We're sorry to hear that some aspects of the design didn't meet your expectations. We appreciate your comments regarding the size of the brand label and the lack of a zip or clasp closure. We will certainly pass your feedback on to the brand.
Should you decide that the bag isn't the best fit for your requirements, you're welcome to return it within 28 days of purchase for a full refund, in accordance with our returns policy.
Thank you again for sharing your honest feedback. Please do reach out if you need any support and we will be happy to help.
