At another local repair shop in Yeovil, I was told the laptop was absolutely impossible to repair and that all of my data was completely lost. We were literally told: “Nothing can be done, but we can keep the laptop for diagnostics for £40.” The laptop had only been spilled on with a very small amount of coffee with milk.

We left and I immediately started searching online for help. Thankfully, I came across MacBook-repairs.co.uk!

I sent the laptop on Wednesday, and it’s now Friday and I already have it back FULLY WORKING with ALL of my data saved! You seriously saved my life!

I recommend them, recommend them, and recommend them again! The repair cost, including the express service, was £290 in total, and I am absolutely amazed by both the service and the communication. As soon as my MacBook arrived at the repair centre, I received a notification straight away. That was honestly really important to me because I’ve always been nervous about postal repair services.

Both the repair service and communication were 10/10. I was very impressed by the attention to detail and clear expertise, both in Reece’s answers to my many questions and in the repair process itself. The final cost was quite reasonable, and the delivery service and clear instructions made it all straightforward.

I’d spilled beer on the keyboard of my M4 MacBook Air, and, although the machine still worked, the keys were sticky and I was concerned about hidden liquid damage. I received my laptop back good as new with a replaced keyboard and lid sensor cable, safe in the knowledge that the remaining internals escaped unscathed. You’d never know it had been in for repair, and except for the slightly sticky (and sadly uncleanable) hinge, you’d never know I’d spilled anything on it either. Highly recommended.

Amazing service, so quick and easy to send out MacBook, was returned to me within a week in perfect condition, tracked delivery.

I use my MacBook for work so it was extremely important that I got it fixed. I found MacBook repairs on Google and it was really easy to find out how they would fix my MacBook and how much it would cost sending my MacBook to them. It was also really easy to send my macbook to them. The communication was great all the way through the process and I got my MacBook back fully functioning. I even had a couple of sweets wrapped up with my MacBook which I thought was a really nice touch. This is a fantastic company and I would 10 out of 10 recommend thank you so much!

This company thoroughly deserve their 5* rating and I can definitely recommend them, they did exactly as promised. I sent my precious MacBook back to them this month as it wouldn't turn on any more. They made the whole experience stress free. eFix provided clear instructions for every step and were great with communicating where they were up to on receiving, assessing, repairing then returning my repaired machine. My experience has been excellent.

What a great company, I had a not functioning mac air, Reece gave me lots of options laid out with transparency. What repair would cost, what a replacement refurbished mac would cost and didn't pressure me in any way. I asked lots of questions and he spoke in language I understood- not tech speak. Absolutely pleasant experience using eFix MacBook Repairs. My M1 Pro 14” had an issue with its logic board which stopped it from turning on, but eFix was able to promptly identify the issue and fix it once I gave the green light. I am thoroughly impressed by the customer service and quality work, and am especially glad I didn’t take it to Apple who would have charged me a premium just to replace the board and deem my data unretrievable. They even sent me some Moams with the MacBook :)

I have just received my repair and have immediately come online to leave this review. I have a 2024 MacBook Air and after lines appeared on my screen I took my MacBook into Apple who wanted £598 to replace the screen. I took it to a local shop who could do it quicker but would require at least 2 weeks to fix it. I then found MacBook-repairs.co.uk and they are genuinely the best company I have ever purchased a service from. I paid £330 to have my screen repaired including postage. The communication is truly first class and I cannot recommend them enough. They are clearly a very professional company who are excellent at what they do. The laptop has been very well packaged and has arrived as new! I truly cannot thank you enough and would encourage others to use them!

Found this company after a google search. They responded quickly to my email and we agreed the prices for the upgrade I wanted. They sent a prepaid label and I shipped off the MacBook. It arrived back very quickly and the work was completed and the MacBook return in just 1 week. Excellent service
