Very disappointing experience
Very disappointing experience. I was repeatedly assured that my order would be shipped on Sunday the 13th and delivered within 5 business days. Instead, it wasn’t shipped until the 14th. I relied on their confirmation and am now losing approximately $600 in car rental and vacation-home reservations.
Also, their website MacIDP.com advertises the new version of the IDP card, but they are sending the old version. This is misleading and not what I paid for. I would not recommend this company.

Fast but Unreachable
The process was fast, I got a message to go claim the license.
But they closes at 4 PM and have Friday and Saturday off, so when can I claim it as an employee finishes at 5 PM?

The whole process is absolutely untracked. First of all, don't have an account to check my purchase history. After paying no email was received that the payment has been placed successfully. After that no message or any data when my electric idf would be received. At the end, no shipment tracking number or any other details. Completely confusing.
