Ordered a superhero costume for my nephew and it was spot on. Great material, bright colours, and arrived quicker than expected. Really happy with the whole experience.
1 star is generous as would give them zero stars. They send out broken products and do not even respond your emails when writing to them for replacement. Ignoring customers and leaving them with a product that is not even worth the money and broken.
Update from where below they just said we have not contacted them and yet we have a reply from them and then 3 emails they have since ignored. Shows they are not interested in rectifying the situation at all

I received my Harry Potter 4 House Hogwarts wine goblets order today from Mad Distribution which I can confirm have arrived on time within 3-5 business days and as described by the seller.
Super happy with them thank you and look forwards to purchasing more items in the future.
I only checked reviews after I ordered and was sure I was going to be disappointed .
Extremely happy with the time it took to come and it’s a great quality costume .
Would highly recommend .

Update 6 - Responded to my email from a different email address with my order info (bc company is in the UK I believe it’s blocking Hotmail email) with no clarity or status of my order and why it still is not showing shipped. Just a general response. I followed up twice with no reply. I used express shipping, getting very frustrated as these are my kids Halloween costumes.
Update 5 - just send an email from another email address with my order information - starting with kh27783
Update 4 - The ONLY email I reviewed is confirmation of my order 10/19. I have checked my junk email as well as my regular inbox.. I clearly receive the email from Trustpilot.
Why has this order not shipped??
Update 3 - Company says in this review response they will reach out (yesterday), still have yet to receive a reply, order still has not shipped! So frustrated with this company as I ordered with the expectation it would be here in time for Halloween

Have not received an email or an order status update. This is the quickest response I have received trying to leave a review. I emailed my concern on 10/19 with no response. My order has not shipped and I am concerned this will not arrive on time as it appears it is shipping from the UK.

Do not respond to email, ordered Halloween costumes but still has yet to ship even though ordered by the deadline. I have zero faith in receiving on time as the business appears to be in the UK.

Same deal as another reviewer. Ordered an XL Thanos costume and they sent me a womens M ghost pirate dress. I would never trust this company and you should not either as you will end up with something you never placed an order for. In response to the companies reply. Just like another reviewer posted, the company is telling me that I have to pay for shipping to return the item that they sent incorrectly back to them all the way to UK, from USA. They state they will provide me with a full refund at that point. That is not how you do business in America. In America, if you send the wrong item to somebody, you pay for the shipping and you do everything you can to make sure the buyer has their product in time. In this case it's a halloween costume and due to their asinine request of having me pay to ship a product I never purchased back to them, I've now had to buy a product from a more reputable and honest company and I've had to eat the cost of $100 because I refuse to go out of my way and also pay to send something I never purchased from them. Also, if the company is telling me that I have to pay for shipping, that is not a full refund either. That is a refund of $100 minus the shipping cost that I have to pay to send back to them. That is terrible business ethics.

Hello, I am revising this entire ridiculous exchange to simplify. I will not remove this review because I stand by exactly what my experience was, and I have the entire email chain exchange to prove it. Very simply: I made an order, my card was charged, and for weeks following there was no complete communication, correspondence, or reply from the company as I reached out to them for updates. I asked very simply for the date that the package had been sent and a tracking number and was given the runaround on that. I have at least 10 emails I sent trying to get this resolved to the email address that is also listed below by the company in their replies. That’s where my communication went and where it did not have any assistance or attention. After not getting any reply back, I left an advisory here about it. This was the only thing that got it resolved, and I did get a refund. End of story, best of luck to everyone else!
