I’ve tried a few different Nepali mad honey products before, and this one really stands out in terms of quality. The consistency feels right, not overly runny or watered down, and the color has that deep, rich tone you’d expect from a properly sourced batch.

The taste is strong and clean, with a distinct bitterness that actually feels consistent and controlled, not harsh or off like I’ve experienced with some other batches. You can tell it’s been handled well and isn’t mixed or diluted.

This honey has help me sleep better than I have in years. I take about half teaspoonful.

I bought the honey 🍯 having lived with insomnia for a long time and I was impressed.while the honey doesn't actually make you sleepy it certainly lays the ground work .I would totally recommend this product 💯🇮🇪
