Received no updates about delivery, yodel website just was stuck on - it’s on its way, but
It took 16 days and I received it
Overall I’m satisfied with a quality and fit for the product

Not size inclusive at all, S M L etc isn’t good sizing for bras. Had to send 5 emails and wait nearly 2 weeks to get a proper response from customer service for a return and refund. They make customers pay the return shipping and customs cost. Bra was too expensive for the trouble, not worth it.

I only gave it one star because zero is not an option.
Bra took ages to be delivered. Didn't fit - it was too big due to their sizing guide being inaccurate. Bra is inferior quality and I don't see how it would be able to offer the support advertised, claimed.
When I've attempted to return it for a refund, I've been told I can have a store credit (they only sell bras) or I have to pay the shipping costs. However, their website advertises "Return in 30 days for a full refund" without any mention of conditions or that you have to pay for shipping.
I would not recommend this company nor their products and I certainly won't be buying anything from them again.

Delivery took ages. Poor communication from company. I had no idea when it was sent off / scheduled for delivery. Bra runs very small, even though I sized up, it doesn't fit. Nice comfy material but no push up effect as described in advert. Very poor support for larger breasts.

Order a jelly bra. I did wonder if it would arrive after reviewing the feedback only after I'd place the order. The bra arrived today and its lovely, a great fit and so soft. It even came with a seperate expander to make it wider, not that is was needed. It did take 15 days to arrive, which when these days you are used to deliveries taking only a few days, is quite a long time to wait. I wiill definitely be ordering another.

Would have given this 5 stars had it not been for the delivery time.

This bra is not supportive at all buyers beware, also if you want to return it, you need to send it to the Netherlands, which will cost a fortune so they offer a store credit. I want nothing to do with this company. I suggest no one buy from here as bras can be finicky and hard to fit.

I am very happy with my purchases and impressed by the friendly informative emails I have received. I have not felt this comfortable in a bra before and will be ordering more in the future. Thank you Madam Muse for the great uplift - in more ways than one!

I initially bought from them 3 weeks ago. My item arrived late and damaged! Since then I have relentlessly sent emails and tried to reach out for a refund but their customer service is so poor no one reply’s back to you for days! I still have not been able to get my refund. The quality is absolutely terrible, there is no help from customer service.

AVOID at all costs. It’s an absolute scam!

Never ordered from here but the ads I've been seeing on all the meta platforms have had AI generated content and you can tell clearly by how the video renders in certain spots near the person. The ad I just seen now she put the shirt o. Snd removed the bra from underneath and her boobs stayed in the same position when they should have sagged. Hard pass, probably a company from overseas who use the same material and products but sold under multiple brands. BUYER BEWARE

Madam Muse customer service was wonderful. I accidentally ordered the wrong colour, but they amended my order without fuss. When my gel bra came, the delivery was speedy.

Now to the product itself. I love it! It is so deliciously comfortable! After always opting for underwire bras, I am now a reformed character! The support and lift was just as good, with the added bonus of feeling so much more comfortable! I've actually just placed a 2nd order to buy another couple of these bras! Very happy indeed!

This company are a scam despite endless emails after placing my order a month ago and chasing it up I have only received one response in all that time saying it was almost with me. Now two weeks later still no goods and they will not respond to my communication do not waste your money.

Awful customer service, I ordered the beginning of March and the order could not be delivered so was sent back its been over a month and I am still waiting on a refund as it is impossible to get a response from the customer service

Just dont bother using them its a hassle

I have received my 2nd set of bras. Delivery was faster this time. Less than 2 weeks. Great product. Love these bras. Definitely my favourite.

This is their return term they sent by email:

We can handle this in two ways:

1) Store Credit (Keep the Item)
- Fast
- No return shipping
- You keep the item
→ We issue a credit code you can use anytime.

2) Refund
- Item must be returned to the Netherlands
- Customer covers return shipping + any customs/import fees
- Refund is issued once the return is received and checked

Note: International returns sometimes get held by customs if duties are not prepaid. If a return is stopped or not delivered to us, we are not able to issue a refund. That’s why most customers choose Store Credit.

I have placed two orders with your company both times asking for a LARGE nude jelly bra ,but both times I have received a small Please can you rectify theses orders as I am not all impressed with this service ,otherwise I would like a refund . Thank you .

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Customer service to organize my refund has been appalling. Having returned the item, Madam Muse have not accepted the delivery so I still haven't had my refund issued. This back and forth time wasting has been going on for over a month, with no conclusion. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!

I would not recommend this website.

The items I received were poor quality and not as described. Sizing was incorrect. When I asked for a refund, the seller initially offered a voucher instead of a refund.

Communication was unclear and mainly outside PayPal. I only received my refund after opening a PayPal dispute.

Be careful before ordering.
